My friend and I were really excited to visit this Wendy’s location, especially since it was her first time trying the Meal of Misfortune. We’d been looking forward to it and thought it would be fun to dine in and make it a little outing and we were definitely drawn in by the festive atmosphere!
Inside, the energy felt upbeat. the cooks and staff seemed like they were enjoying themselves and having fun, kind of rowdy, which made the vibe really lighthearted. We also loved that the dining room was decorated with purple balloons and themed for the Wednesday campaign. The Wednesday balloons were such a fun touch and made it feel like they really put effort into celebrating the launch, which we really appreciated.
That said, there are a few areas where we noticed room for improvement. When our food was ready, we didn’t hear them call our name and since we were sitting down waiting, we didn’t realize that our ice creams had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes before the rest of the meal was ready. My friend ordered a large ravens blood but they gave her the small. She requested the size she ordered and they corrected the issue, but by the time we finally got our food, my Raven’s Blood ice cream was completely melted because the food took so long (about 15 minutes or so)
The fries and nuggets were not very warm either. they tasted like they had been sitting for a bit and weren’t as fresh or crispy as I’ve had at other Wendy’s locations.
We still had so much fun being there, and we really did enjoy ourselves overall. The themed decor made it feel festive and special. I’m hopeful that with just a bit more attention to timing and presentation, this location could really shine because the potential is definitely there.
We’re still fans of the campaign and the Wendy’s brand, and we’d love to come back and give this location another try sometime. I know how busy things can get, especially during limited-time promotions like this, so we appreciate the effort and hope this feedback is helpful in making the guest experience even better...
Read moreLong story short: atrocious management, incorrect items, no sauces, and cold food.
I placed a mobile order before arriving at the drive-thru. I waited in the line for over 15 minutes and an additional 5 minutes in a parking spot. There weren’t many customers during the time I was there. It seemed like one employee was running the drive-thru alone (saw a glimpse of the manager, but he looked like he was not actually helping). When I got to the window I was told the total was “$17.xx.” This is after informing them I had already ordered online prior at the speaker. I was then told to go around the building and pull into a parking spot to wait for fries to be cooked. The male manager with no hair brought my order out and was not friendly. He did not apologize for the inconvenience and simply said “here’s your food. Have a good one.” He immediately went back inside and didn’t care to make sure everything was right. He should not be in a role interacting with customers if he is doing less than the bare minimum.
When I arrived home (less than 5 minutes of driving) the fries were cold and soggy with no salt, no sauces for the nuggets, a burger was made incorrectly, and ALL of the drinks were wrong. This location is notorious for being slow, but I decided to give them another chance and they failed miserably in...
Read moreI don’t know what the problem is with this Wendy’s but every time I get in the drive-through it takes forever. I am a door dasher, so time is money for me. I accepted two orders tonight and after spending 25 minutes in the drive-through I get up to the window and they didn’t even have the orders ready! Then they handed me the bags and didn’t hand me a frosty that was supposed to go with one! I had to remind them of the frosty! Get your act together Wendy’s! Needs new management or new employees or something! I was going to say y’all must be shorthanded when I got to the window but I didn’t when I saw there were at least six or seven people working. Each car was having to wait several minutes at the intercom before they were allowed to order. It was the same way when I got up to the intercom. If they have that many people working why is it taking so long to get customers through the drive-through?! This is at 9:30-10pm...
