I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at this location. I chose to visit this establishment, despite its lower rating and the 20-minute drive, expecting better quality due to its location in a more affluent area.
I strongly advise against using the mobile order app at this location. In my experience, it seems to prioritize speed over quality, resulting in food that is not freshly prepared. I would prefer to wait for a freshly cooked meal.
Furthermore, the customer service was notably lacking. The staff's communication was unprofessional and inadequate. When I attempted to address my concerns and request a refund, I was informed that mobile orders are non-refundable. The mobile order customer service number was also non-functional. Before visiting the store, I called to discuss my complaint, but the staff avoided the conversation by feigning phone service issues and subsequently disconnecting the phone line.
I urge the management to reconsider their operational practices. Rushing employees to expedite orders should not come at the expense of food quality. Customers should have the option to wait for meals cooked to order. Read moreFebruary 25,2024, my Family and I came to the Wendy’s in Monroe Louisiana on 165 North and to say that the service and food was absolutely Horrible would be an understatement. The first issue started with the ladies’ nasty attitudes when being told that our orders were incorrect, and she told us that she only rung up one of the orders when there should have been two. The second issue came when the young lady argued that we didn’t order the second biggie bag when we had in fact ordered two biggie bags, also, we were not given (nor asked if we wanted) a receipt. The second issue occurred when we ordered a small fry and sweet tea and were charged for an entire meal as well as all of the tea’s were unsweet instead of sweet. Third and finally the last issue is we were charged two separate prices for one order when the simple solution should have been a simple fix of being given our entire order. Read moreJust left the drive thru where no one responded to take our order at the window. We pulled up because we thought it might be broken after over 5 minutes of complete silence. At next window we were met with confusion about why our order wasn’t taken before, to which we responded we weren’t sure what was going on, so we pulled up. The worker began taking our order when the manager came over and began aggressively yelling at him for taking our order and holding up his “line time”.
