Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Monrovia

I had just taken my grandson to JB Burgers and we wanted something cold and sweet - ice cream! We walked to Baskin Robbins - a consistent ice cream shop with decent ice cream.

The staff was great. We sampled some new flavors and made our choices. The ice cream was a little melted - not nice and solid like their ice cream usually is. Luckily we got it in a cup - if it were in a cone, we would've had a big mess! This dropped the food rating to a two - normally I'd call them a 3 1/2.

Service was great - better than what I expected.

Atmosphere - the place is dirty. I showed my grandson the floor - the main part of the floor is clean, but the corner is not - you can see the difference. I worked fast food when I was in high school and dirty floors would've got someone spoken to and the second time they'd be fired. It's just not acceptable in a place you get food!

There's a few ice cream shops in Monrovia. We're going to try a different shop next time. In fact, I don't think we'll come back to Baskin Robbins - that's a shame since I've been enjoying their ice cream since I was a kid!

I USED TO LOVETHIS PLACE 😍😍😍 I come here frequent me and my bestfreind are kinda like regulars I order the cookie sandwich ice cream and I always ask for double scoop and there's never a problem the girls that work here or used to are always friendly. Today I order the same thing 3 cookies 2 on each side and one in between the two double scoop. The Chinese girl kept refusing that I was wrong and she was right on how to make it when I've been having it like that every time Ive been going. She was rude and had attitude. I kept explaining her how to do it and she didn't care. Im not asking for much I just wanted a cookie ice cream sandwich done...

Ordered for delivery from this location and they completely screwed up on the order. When I called to speak with a manager to explain, I was passed over to what seemed to be a child claiming she was the manager and that the problem needed to be taken up with doordash cuz she wasn't responsible. Since when does door dash cook the food or in this case scooped the ice cream I order? It is baskin Robin's responsibility to put together the accurate order to be delivered. Not to mention the girl was extremely rude and gave an attitude the entire phone call. I I suggest you properly train your employees before letting them deal with...
