The food is good, not great. I have eaten here several times when shopping in the area as it is the only Mexican restaurant that I know of in the vicinity. The chips are mediocre though the salsa is good. They could learn something about what constitutes good chips from El Torito, Paco's, and Casita Del Campo. Max's restaurant has nice decor though their service is subpar. The waitresses are always far more attentive than the waiters. Today, after finishing my meal I decided to ask about what they offer for desert. A waiter who did not serve me during any part of my meal, walked over to my table, dropped the check atop the table and without uttering a word, turned and walked away. Poorly trained staff will always affect any business' bottom line and word of mouth recommendations.

Chile relleno 5/5 Crispy taco, carnitas 5/5 Extensive menu 5/5 food authentic Mexican. Ambience 5/5 open spacious left side dining room, accommodates large parties easily: right side comfy bar, plenty of tvs showing variety of sports programs. But what's special is an original wall mural/painting commissioned to honor a favorite customer, the late great baseball icon Fernando Valenzuela!! 👏 I dined alone, chatted with manager Tony, very friendly...between Tony and my server, I got napkins, water, quick service without having to ask. Friendly, efficient service 5/5!!! Highly recommend!!

Cadillac margarita; delicious! I can only speak from my experience but the salsa isn’t spicy and it’s just weird and isn’t good. I asked for something spicy and that was gross and not spicy. I’ve never had hot sauce/ salsa like this. Biggest complaint is I was charged 5 $ for a street taco that was smothered in sour green sauce… ummm street tacos from where I’m from are small, cost 2.50$ and it comes with meat, chopped raw onion, and fresh cilantro… with a hot green sauce and or red depending on your spice tolerance…. Green is the hottest. I couldn’t even eat it.

Can you say Chimichanga, Wet Burritos, Great Drinks! I'm afraid to give out the information on this great homey feel of a restaurant. It's 4 places wrapped up into one place. They have a family area where you can have big parties without bumping into the back of your neighbor. Great place for you and the one you love to have a date nite. Great food, fun ambiance, great service, food is fresh, people laughing and acting like they have known you for years. Bar area for men who just want to watch sports and have a beer with big screen t.v.'s. There are women here who love sports too. All types of beer on tap. Great bar service, the bartender always serve with a smile and chips with salsa. Yum! Casual Girls nite out! Great place to have a martini and catch up and let go. Did I say great food! Jeans and t-shirt vibe. Sports during the week and on weekends. Football, futball, baseball, basketball, college football, etc. Great place to go to when it rains or shines. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.Becareful on the drinks. Ask the price before you buy but when you get into the atmosphere you'll want to keep on ordering because your having so much fun. An array of music from country to top 40. Its like a backyard party only you have to pay for your drinks. The drinks are big and they give you what you pay for...Delicious drinks and food. It's my local go to spot. Tell them ❤Sascha...

Max's Mexican Cuisine is a decent option for those looking for a casual and affordable Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, with colorful decor and comfortable seating. It's a good spot for a casual lunch or dinner with friends or family.

The menu offers a variety of classic Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and fajitas. While the food is not particularly outstanding, it's still tasty and satisfying. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable, making it a good value for the money.

One of the standout features of Max's Mexican Cuisine is the selection of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. This is a welcome addition for those who follow a plant-based diet or are looking for lighter fare.

Service can be hit or miss, with some servers being more attentive than others. It can also get quite busy during peak hours, so be prepared to wait for a table or have a bit of a wait for your food.

Overall, Max's Mexican Cuisine is a decent option for a casual meal with friends or family. While it may not be the most outstanding Mexican restaurant around, it's a good value for the money and offers a decent selection of dishes, including options for...

Came here with a large group last month and we left unimpressed. Service was okay for us but not okay for some of the rest of our party whom arrived a little later. It was the basic story of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. One server would take our order because we were ready, then not take anyone else's nor come back later to see if they were ready to order.

Food was mediocre but everything was super expensive. For instance, I could not believe ONE shrimp taco was $5.50. It was a standard, palm-of-your-hand sized taco. Average taste, nothing special. There were complimentary chips and salsa- again, pretty bland.

My husband took the leftovers to work the next day. Their food unfortunately didn't agree with my husband's digestive system and had him repeatedly go to the bathroom- maybe six or seven times that day. It was NOT food poisoning, otherwise it would've been a lot worse and the rest of us would've had it too, which wasn't the case.

Atmosphere was okay, staff was nice but not attentive. Wouldn't recommend,...
