I have been to may different locations and every time I order, I order a gluten free pizza due to celiac. every time I’ve ever gone they have asked if it is for preference or due to a allergy. Unfortunately for me it is due to allergies. When it is for allergy they are so accommodating. They switch there gloves, they use different containers. They take certain precautions. And most know that ordering out for gluten free is very frustrating and very limited. This time we went to a different location and when ordering I asked for gluten free. The lady didn’t ask any questions so I thought I would just mention that it was for a allergy not a preference. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. She told me she did not know what I meant. Only one worker knew about it and only told her just to change her gloves. Didn’t seem very happy that I mentioned anything. When she went to change her gloves her and another worker stood there whispering . Needles to say I was so uncomfortable so me and my husband said never mind and walked out. For a company that offers gluten free options this Location does not take very many precautions to help make someone with an allergy feel comfortable. Read moreWhoever was working on the counter and baking the pizza on 03/19/24 at 8pm was the worst worker ever. I ordered online and the estimated pick up was 8:10. I arrived at 8:15 and that staff told me it would take 10 more minutes. I asked for an update after 15 minutes and that was the only time that she handed the receipt for online order to guy who was making the pizza. I asked to cancel the order for refund because I could no longer wait for 15 more minutes for the pizza - I only had 30 minute break from work. And yes, my entire lunch break was wasted for nothing. To make things worst, I was charged $19, but she gave me $15 cash for refund. She said online order charges more, so she can only give me what their restaurant is charging. She said I can get the full $19 refund , but it can only be processed at a later time so she would just take note of it - hell no she’s gonna do it. She is lazy doing her job, what’s the chance that she is actually going to process my online refund - so I took the cash instead. They wasted my time and stole $4 from me. We always hope he’s there when we go and most times he is. His attention to detail… he makes the pizzas look so nice and cooks them to perfection! When he’s not preparing I watch him as I eat. He making pizza boxes, working on preparing crusts for future orders, cleaning… like non-stop go go go. I love his work ethic. He is an invaluable employee. I hope that corporate sees this review and promotes him to a higher position because week after week we continue to see how he’s honest in his dealings, he’s precise, and has phenomenal customer service skills.
