Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

Possibly the worst jack in box ever!!! Went yesterday afternoon around 5pm waited in the drive thur for 30 to 40 min left with no food. When I pulled up he tried confirming what i ordered i had to correct him he said ok so i thought it was clear gave him my card and he still Charged me for someone else meal that was more then what I ordered. When I got the receipt I let him know he took the receipt back did something and then just handed me 3 dollars in cash. I asked for my receipt for my food I wanted to make sure the amount and what I ordered is what I was getting. He wanted my card back to charge me again I asked him why I already paid he didn't say anything I asked for a manager no reply he just stood there looking at the screen acting like he couldn't understand that all I wanted was the correct receipt showing confirming on the food I ordered and the amount it would of Charged. He tried giving me the ordered I paid for not the food I ordered so at this point it's been 30 to 40 mins in a drive thur I was done told him to give me the money back for what I paid for he still didn't give me the correct about so I had to tell him again I need the amount I paid for the amount that was charged to my card he had to look for the receipt again and finally gave me the rest of the money. If I could do a review with negative stars I would. Retraining or something needs to be done but I know it won't be done this is a fast food restaurant that would be best to close and rebuild something else in...

horrible pitty service!! BEWARE!! if could give 0 i would . the other night i waited in line for 1hr and ann was working by her self .. first off i told her i wanted my burger just meat and bacon and cheese only and still proceeded to leave out the bacon after i asked her again to re assure 'plain' on the screen was with bacon meat and cheese and rudely said " isnt that what you said" ? but she charged me for bacon and i didnt receive bacon,what a joke then only gave me 2 buttermilk with a $35 dollar purchase after i asked for extra she told me she cud only give me 1 more and explained to take it up with coorporate. then i specifically told her to give me an extra cheese yet only gave me 1 , she was doing the order wrong on purpose. when got to the screen she was really rude and told me "im the only one here" but i said she was okay that i understand , i still gave her the benefit of the doubt and still i got end up screwed over. i took pics of receipe and misleading food i got robbed out my hard earned money what a shame. horrible experience . employee seemed like a handfull and bad employee that just...

The manager today (in a redish button up) tried to lie about the root fries just needing jalapeños to make them the spicy ones, which it wasn't just the jalapeños, they were the regular ones & when I pointed out that I had got them the night before indicating that I KNEW what it should have looked like (red sauce, jalapeños, cheese) the whole order of root fries was wrong...she snatched the bag off the counter and tossed it and made an annoyed face.....absolutely unacceptable from someone in her position. Then to top it all off when I initially placed the order through drive through.....whoever took the order was rude 😒 this jack in the box is usually somewhat decent service but today.....that manager was not having a good day. Honestly, the employees there should definitely fix their attitudes, it's always something there....& I know I ain't the only one who complains about this...just saying.......

& no, I wasn't rude in anyway shape...
