Smoothie King — Restaurant in Mont Belvieu

Honestly wish I could leave zero stars, this is the worst smoothie king I hacer ever been to. The workers at the front weren’t even there when I arrived had to wait a bit for one of them to come out and take my order, no hello, no how are you doing. That’s fine some people aren’t social … although they are working at a customer service job. She took my order, I paid and even tipped ( which I soon regretted) she gave me my drink in a large cup bc she stated they were out of the other ones & then immediately went back to the back of the store behind the door before I even got to try my drink. It was quite literally the worst smoothie I have ever tried in my life. It wasn’t even cold, it was a hot smoothie. Keep in mind I got a strawberry hulk… that had ice cream in it, so how it managed to be warm is beyond me. I waited 5 minutes to try and complain about my drink so I could either get a new one or at least a refund as I had paid $11 for a drink I couldn’t even get down. I tried getting their attention through the little door in the back and no one ever came out so I had to throw away my drink right then and there as it was undrinkable. This isn’t even the first time this place does something like this, this was just my last straw. If you are going to hire children at least make sure they somewhat care about keeping it bc this staff always seems to not care the slightest about any of the guest that walk...

I always enjoy stopping by Smoothie King in Mont Belvieu! From the moment you walk in, the lobby is super clean and well-kept, which makes it feel really inviting. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—it honestly makes the experience even better.

I also love how neat and organized the prep and serving areas are. Everything just looks fresh and cared for. The menu is amazing because there’s such a wide variety to choose from, and I especially appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options. It’s nice to know there’s something for everyone!

Zero customer service from the blond girl working right now 7:50pm. I go to the counter to place my order and right away no acknowledgement and continues her very important conversation with her friend that went to visit her. Finally I’m able to squeeze my order in and just like that tells me the card machine will ask me some questions. No receipt offered or else I’d be doing my survey there/points. Ok Fine I tell her “Thank you” and go to the pickup station once my smoothie is ready. Smoothie was handed to me and again I say “thank you” - ignored. Just a simple acknowledgment would be nice like a “welcome in” “how can I help you” “you’re welcome” or even a freaking smile to feel welcomed to...
