Mojie Mifen — Restaurant in Monterey Park

They don’t accept credit cards or Apple Pay — only cash and Zelle, which is fine by me. But the female staff member was extremely rude and impatient when I asked about payment options. She snapped at me and said, “We only take cash and Zelle,” in a very unfriendly tone.

We placed our order and specifically asked if the noodles were dry. She clearly said yes. But when the food came, it was soup noodles. When we pointed this out, instead of acknowledging her mistake, she denied ever saying it was dry and acted like it was our fault. Her attitude was awful — no apology, no responsibility, just excuses.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. They require every single customer to leave a tip—even though you have to pick up your own food at the counter, just like in a fast food place. On top of that, they charge $1 per takeout box, which is just ridiculous. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and simply not worth it....
