Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

There are so many things wrong with this location I don't know where to begin. The place literally never gives you a good drink. It's usually really watered down and mostly milk. Oh, and their espresso machines are always "not working." Just one of the hundreds of examples of times I've wasted my money here, recently I got an iced latte. After I drove away I drank it and it was essentially Carmel flavored milk. I drove back and went inside and told them the drink tasted like plain milk. The employee said, word for word, "oh yeah, our espresso machine isn't working." I could not believe it. Instead of telling me the machine wasn't working when I ordered, he let me pay full price for an iced latte and just gave me flavored milk. And instead of giving me a refund, he offered warm coffee as replacement, which is less than half the price of what I paid. This type of stuff happens all the time. Always ask for a receipt before driving off. Went to the drive through on my way to work place and ordered an ice coffee which was on promotion for $1. They made the ice coffee per the order and this man gave me a thumbs up after handing the ice coffee without receipt which seemed weird at first. I always ask for receipt but since it was just a dollar and a card transaction , what would go wrong I wondered. After I reached my work place which happens to be three hours away, checked my online banking to find out that well behaved gentlemen actually charged $2.75 for an item on promotion for $1. I wasn't upset about losing a little more than a a dollar but the fact that fraudulent activities happen at such well established business places by these crooked workers trying to loot their customers money was just disappointing. It's hard to be positive about an establishment that can't get their orders right. I went through drive-thru this morning and ordered a large iced butter pecan latte and was asked lite or regular, I replied regular. I then ordered a bagel. All seemed well, pulled up, got my bag with the bagel in it, and then was handed my drink. Now according to all their pictures of Iced Lattes they come with whipped cream, which mine was missing. Since it was supposed to come with whipped cream, I didn't ask for sugar or it to be sweetened (which is my preference). But I let it go and drive the rest of the way to work, only to discover, they didn't toast the bagel which I have no way to do at the office. While it is the most convenient location on my drive to work, I will not be going there again. Word to the wise, check your order here before...
