Captain D's — Restaurant in Montgomery

Traveled here from Columbus Georgia. Came into town and needed to stop somewhere to eat so we chose this Captain Ds. We came in and got ready to order. The cashier Kanisha approached the counter and I greeted her with a hello and she said “y’all just gonna have to wait”. And BOY DID WE WAIT!

Finally she comes to take the order with “What do you want”. Okay Kanisha. So we get the orders rollin and before we could finish the name off the menu she constantly interrupted with “what sides”. LET ME FINISH! Dang!!

Well, after we ordered, I had to go back up for drinks and I think if she could have rolled her eyes any harder, they would have popped out of her skull. Ugh! Definitely did not appreciate this...

This place is the most backwards of any restaurant. The employee needs to learn the menu and how certain things are served. The cook heard us arguing and said she would fix it. Well how she fixed it was lousy and lazy. I got 2 loaded baked potatoes and when you say everything on it, it should be that way. I was served 2 PLAIN baked potatoes. I am so glad I checked my order. And her way of FIXING it was put the cheese and bacon in a bowl. Turns out, it all melted together. I will NEVER eat at the Talladega Captain D’s anymore. And I would really advise you not to. Oh, the kicker NO BUTTER!! They ran out. And they closed early for lack of food. You order something and they were out. How about that for...

Customer service was horrible. I went through the drive thru and placed my order and when I made it up to the window, the cashier by the name of Lena (she could've been lying abt her name because she didn't have a name tag) said my order wasn't showing! I told her I placed the order. She had an attitude and was very nonchalant. I was told I would have to go back through the drive thru and replace my order! NEGATIVE! They were already super slow when I waited the first time. I just took my money and went elsewhere! Workers needs to be retrained. Mistakes do happen, which I understand. But, all of this could have been resolved if she would've just put my order in at the window, since they...
