Horrible customer service this evening. I had to stand outside and wait until an employee stopped making pizzas to enter because the door was locked. I rang the bell three times, and once inside could not here the young man taking my order because another employee was banging pans. Finally got the order done and paid for. Then after asking for a receipt, I was told they did not give receipts when you pay with cash???Got my receipt, left and came back to get my pizza; I had to stand for 3 minutes before I asked could anyone give me my order. I was then told that someone was waiting before me but the employee had not greeted this customer either. We were both just standing waiting to be noticed, all employees appeared to be very busy working and didn’t seem to notice customers standing in their store. A Dominos driver entered the store and asked why the store was so quiet and asked if it was a funeral home or a restaurant? I said I it’s a funeral home because no one said anything to me I was just standing and watching. The guy behind the register greeted him and the driver handed him a 20$ bill, and asked what was my name. Keep in mind about 10 minutes had past and a driver had to come in and ask me that. The guy behind the register then asked angrily what is your name? I told him and he shoved my pizza towards me. I’m just praying it was safe for my kids to eat. Won’t be stopping there again!!! Read moreOnce I arrive at the store the cook greeted me, there was 2 girls behind the counter talking never acknowledged me after the cook asked me what I needed 1 of the females yelled from behind the table “what you need?” I told her “pick up order” she said “what?” Never coming from behind the table, a delivery driver came in and asked me how can he help me? I told him I had a pick up order, he said ok then asked for my name the other girl that was leaning on the back table came up front and said “what’s the name?” I told them the name she handed me the pizza and said thank you!, I replied “I haven’t paid yet” so she looked at me and gave me my total once I paid I opened my pizza and it was not what I ordered, the girl look at the cook and said “you made her food wrong”, the cook who was very polite(I can tell he was new) came to the counter apologized and stated he will remake my order then he said “you can keep this one as well,” the girl snatch the pizza off the counter and told him “No we don’t give away free food” she look at me and said your order will be ready in 5mins. My daughter placed an order for two salads and a pizza" both of the salads were delivered with brown lettuce and the pizzas was awful as well.. We called and the lady, Kim sent the driver back to pick up the order but a refund has not been returned.. We've spoken to Kim three times and supposedly the general manager who claimed Kim was no longer there and said she returned the refund on May 14, 2020, yet we still have not received a refund.. We called again today and Kim, whom we thought was replaced, answered and was again totally rude and very unprofessional again claimed she refunded the order. Well Kim, I'm a teacher as you claim that you are in explaining why my daughter hasn't received her refund, and lying is not what mature grown ups do to cover their tracks when simple understanding is all that is needed. p.s. I'm glad that I'm not in Montgomery to come to the location because your loose words and smart mouth would lead to another ongoing matter that would take longer than two weeks and would cost me more than $35.71. Keep it, you must deserve it but your corporate office needs to place an order to your location to see that you're gonna cost them...
