After staying away from McDonald's restaurants for a good number of months due to lousy service in my hometown I decided to stop by this restaurant while passing it as I was very thirsty and McDonald's generally has better tasting Coca-Cola from the fountain. So I go and place my order on the kiosk and walked up to the counter and initially I thought I was being ignored but a girl walked from the drive-thru area and handed me a cup so I thought okay well this is pretty good. I went over to the fountain machine and filled up my cup with ice and then press my cup against the Coca-Cola dispenser on the right side and was immediately sprayed with drink the head on this thing operated just like a yard sprinkler it's sprayed 360° and all over me. So I went to the single napkin dispenser on the left side of the table to grab some napkins to wipe myself down and it was completely empty I also noticed that there was some music speaker above my head in the ceiling that was playing music so loud and so aggressively that I almost lost my train of thought. I guess I should stay from McDonald's for another six or seven months maybe the bad ones will go out...
Read moreprobably the worst wait times I've experienced from McDonalds. I ordered my food long before I arrived at the location , just to get there and wait for more than an hour. I was not acknowledged, or asked about my order although I said something multiple times. I finally got my food, after an hour of being there. and I still didn't get my complete order, i had to wait an additional 25-30 min for 4 APPLE PIES. that should have been made with the rest of my order, considering that I ordered through the mobile app before I got there and waited an hour for a sandwich and hash brown. like seriously people were coming in for lunch by the time I was leaving, and the staff seemed like they could care less when you got your food. someone demanded a refund because of waiting and the "manager" didn't acknowledge the problem, no apologies, no damage control, nothing, just gave her money and walked away without a word. my suggestion is to do something to raise morale for employees to make them speed the process up and work with more pride, because molasses moves faster than what i saw today if I'm...
Read moreThe manager VERY VERY VERY disrespectful! Nasty attitude, poor customer service. The fries were cold. We ordered 2Happy meals, one was (4) piece nuggets, the other a cheese burger; with (2) Bacon McDoubles with a large fry. Which came out to a total of $23.71. Once we paid for the order the cashier said. The second order is 13.60. I said why did they break up the order she said I don’t know. Then I said Hold it the first order was 23 dollars why is the second 13 dollars? I then looked at the receipt to see that the second order did not belong to us. The nasty manager walks up attitudes up saying you said u had a second order. I said no I did not she said the second order. Once we got our food. I asked how long would it take to put the money back on the card? The nasty manager says I don’t know with an attitude. It depends on who you bank with. I would say she needs to be terminated, but everybody need their job. She needs another place of employment if she can’t handle high demand customer service....
