Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Montgomery

This was my first experience at this restaurant and I was very disappointed. The staff here are rude and couldn't care less about getting your food the way you ordered it. I asked for my sandwich, that I paid an unbelievable $15 for, to be plain on regular bread. I noticed on the receipt that it didn't say that, so I went back up and made sure they were making like I asked and the lady rudely answered "It's already being made, so it can't be changed". Obviously I went nuke and told her that I'm not asking for it to be changed, I just want it the way I ordered it. So she went to the back making sure I knew she was upset by my request. When I was ordering, I asked if they had good sweet tea, she replied "Of course we do". Which was a total lie. If you serve gold peak tea, it's definitely not good sweet tea. So I ended up having to get sprite instead. Then my "sandwich" came out. She basically tossed it on my table and walked away. Apparently this place thinks they are the only restaurant in town. Go spend your money somewhere that at least...

Dont go here. I ordered a sandwich for my husband and specifically asked for no mayo since he is allergic to mayo. I said it twice. At the drive through window they gave me the sandwich with mayo. I told them I had no mayo. They told me the ticket didn't say it but I told them that I mentioned it twice because the person I am ordering for is allergic. I attempted to give them the sandwich back and he was going to take it back and WIPE the mayo off. I said no. A fresh one will do. Then he disappeared forever until someone else came to help me. She went to get him and he AGAIN requested my sandwich back, Im guessing to wipe the mayo off again. Are you kidding??? I just Explained that my husband is ALLERGIC. To keep conflict down and seeing my husband really wanted the food, I just paid for a fresh one and OF COURSE he was THRILLED to take the money. I FOUND A WHITE #SCREW FIXTURE IN MY TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH AND WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER AND STORE OWNER THAT I WAS A LIAR AFTER RETURNING WITH THE SANDWICH AND SCREW 15 MINUTES AFTER MY PURCHASE!
