I went in to order lunch for a couple of other people yesterday. The girl behind the register must have been new because she took awhile finding what I wanted on the screen plus she wasnt able to make change for the cash I had, another person had to come over and do it which took a few minutes. I also ordered fries and specified NO SALT about 5 or 6 times and when I got my food I was told that there was salt on them and it would take too long to make new ones so I had to take them. Another WTF moment was when a wrapped sandwich dropped on the floor and they picked it up and put it back. I ended up with that sandwich and the burger, top part of the bun and all the condiments slid completely off the bottom part of the bun and thats how they gave it to me. I was there for a good 15 minutes or more waiting and specifying what I wanted but it was a failure. I dont blame anyone but it is a horrible thing when the cashier isnt allowed to open the drawer and make change and everyone else in the back is busy. They should have someone available to help that cashier when needed. I believe they were extremely short staffed and need to concentrate more on their customers. Like I said I dont blame anyone and I think things would have gone alot smoother if they had someone there to help the cashier when needed instead of waiting for someone from the back or drive thru who are always busy. Also the person that got that burger was so mad because it came completely apart when it dropped on the floor...I also didnt tell the person I saw it fall on the floor. The visit was a nightmare and I do believe they can do much better...why they didnt is...
Read moreThis is a very bad location, consistently. On today's visit, I waited around 20 minutes in the drive-thru for three sandwiches, one curly fry and a diet coke. When I finally got my food, I noticed that my diet coke looked awfully light. I took a sip and it tasted like plain carbonated water. I explained the problem and the lady at the window told me to pick something else, so I picked unsweet tea. I got home to find out that the au jus for my French dip was very unusually thick and tasted horrible, so I chucked that. The sandwich bread tasted old.
On my last visit, I dined in on Sunday, March 11, 2018 around 11:30 a.m. The manager had brought her young (4ish) daughter to work. The little girl kept running from the table where she was coloring into the back area. At one point she stuck her hand in an ice bucket that one of the employees had wheeled out to put ice in the ice dispenser (after i ordered, i tried to get ice and it was out). The employee yelled at the little girl, who then ran back into the back area. As i sat for an unusually long time waiting for my food, a dog started barking from the back. It sounded like a very small dog. My guess is the manager brought her dog to work too. I tried calling the number on the back of my receipt but could not get a person, only a computer that wanted me to complete a numeric survey.
Previous visits have been disappointing but this location seems to be sliding downhill.
Just don't do this location. Apparently the manager is not managing and the area supervisor isn't supervising, which makes me nervous about going to any Arby's...
Read moreMy experience here was less than ideal. It started out well, but quickly turned sour. I ordered the 1/2lb roast beef and when I got my order, it was just a regular roast beef. The young lady behind the counter told me that that was the 1/2 lb roast beef, but it obviously was not. She then began to argue with me about the size, and how any one who needed something bigger was just a glutton.
I have never been so insulted in my life. I asked to to speak to the manager, and the manager confirmed I was correct with my original conclusion, this was in fact a regular roast beef. I told the manager about the young woman's tact, and how she insulted me, and the manager told me I must have misunderstood what she said. The young lady at the register replied, "I didn't stutter, No one needs that much to eat".
When I got my food, No one had corrected the young lady's behavior yet. The manager acted as though it never happened.
Lucky for me, I had my pov camera on, and caught the whole thing on video.
This is unacceptable, and for the manager not to correct it, unacceptable. I will NEVER set foot into another Arbys, and I will make sure you pay dearly for your insults and lack of tact. My lawyer will be...
