The manager was a bit confused about everything. She was putting tickets on the wrong to go bags, she wasn't clearing her order screen which caused them to make the food wrong for some customers, she had partial orders, or orders that had too much food. My husband and I ordered a meal of peace and when we got our food the food that we had ordered was in the bag but when I looked at the receipt there was at least seven more items on our ticket that we hadn't ordered but paid for and she kept telling us she couldn't give us a refund and we asked why and she said that was just policy and I said well we didn't order this food but we paid for it so why wouldn't we get our money back she said that we needed to go online to fill it out and I asked well how do we prove that all this actually went down and get our money back if you know we have to do it online and she said I don't know it's just the policy I come to find out that was only the policy for online orders so we went to the register and we started to try and figure it out and come to find out it was just the wrong ticket on our bag after my husband did the math he let her know that because she was incapable of figuring out herself it was like a $4 difference and we just said keep the $4 and we left. I believe that the only thing good out of that trip was the food actually being as good as it was and the cashier. It was her first week so that was the reason she was slightly confused I hope nothing but the best for her cuz like I said she's super super sweet thank you if you read this for...
Read moreSeveral times I have sat at the drive thru, at this location, and it takes FOREVER to get someone to acknowledge that I am waiting to order my food. Not a soul is in front of me or at the window. The last time I visited this location, after 7-8 minutes I asked “is anyone there” and someone responded yes, as if I were supposed to just order without being greeted. It’s the strangest thing. After I ordered my food, and arrived at the window, they weren’t short staffed at all, there was a slew of employees standing around, in my line of sight, behind the guy that greeted me at the drive thru window. I never got an apology for my long unwarranted wait time, and was greeted with sour expressions. That was the last time that I have eaten at Arby’s and was over a month ago. It would not be so aggravating if this was a once in a while mistake on their part, but it has happened 3 out of the last 5 times that I have been there. It doesn’t surprise me that I only had to read 3 previous reviews to find out that there are other customers that have experienced the same thing. It’s obvious that management either has no clue or either doesn’t care that they definitely have the bottom of the barrel customer service practices. No wonder it is dead every time I have visited this location in the past. I can’t speak for other locations. Come on guys and girls, it’s about time to get...
Read moreArby's has great food and the staff tried to be helpful at the drive-thru window; however, management wouldn't allow... Have you noticed that when you go inside to eat at Arby's (this particular one in Moore Oklahoma anyhow), you get all the sauces you could possible consume but it is near impossible to get enough sauce to suffice your drive-thru order?! You be polite, ask and plead, even offer to pay extra and still... I am appreciative to the young man at the drive-thru yesterday whom attempted to help me obtain the sauce equivalent my families desire. It was the manager on shift that causes me to seek another location for my families future Arby's shopping... if I should choose to shop Arby's again. I know my family will; however, they have been asked to inconveniently look elsewhere. Yes! Multiple members of the family have used the Arby's in Moore, Oklahoma and each of them have been disappointed when driving through and asking, pleading, reasoning and offering to purchase the sauce(s) our family desires... we have finally given up on this location. We haven't sat down to eat in a food establishment since Covid-19 and fortunately for us, if we decide to consume Arby's in the future, the food heats up well in...
