We placed a to go order at Chili's several weeks ago. I ordered a "Fajita Trio". I can eat some meats, but not chicken. Guess what they sent home in our to go order?! I kid you not - chicken, chicken, and more chicken - on a fajita trio. I didn't order any chicken at all.
I had my internet documentation (my confirmation e-mail) specifying my order that showed I had not ordered any chicken AT ALL. I called immediately after finding that the order was incorrect. I spoke with not only the person who walked the order out to the car (who apologized), but the manager as well. I was told that this meal would be replaced the next time we decided to eat at Chili's. Further, I was told that this would be noted in the "manager's book" and to let them know that when we came in. We just needed to order the same dish and it would be taken care of.
Guess what? We went in tonight to pick up a "to go" order. I ordered the exact same dish and told them up front that the "fajita trio" was to be replaced from a previous order that was not handled properly. I let them know on the phone that it was noted in the "manager's book".
So my husband goes out in the rain to pick up this order (which includes food for every single person in my family). Guess what - they refused to take care of my single meal as previously agreed. The manager on duty was like "I know nothing about this!!" and was actually quite rude to my husband. Well, that is because it happened several weeks ago. And seeing the way this ship is run, I'm sure you have all sorts of problems.
The night this originally happened, and I sat there without dinner. So tonight my husband decided that he wasn't going to accept anything in the order. We ordered in pizza instead. Remind you, this was a +$60 to go order without my meal being calculated in because we had ordered food for everyone in the family.
Please get your stuff together, Chili's! And make whoever the manager is on duty tonight learn some customer service (September 5th, 2014). I would be surprised if we ever gave your restaurant another...
Read moreThis is actually the second time I have had a bad experience at this chilis. Tonight I went in to pick up an order I had placed online and they told me my order had gotten deleted. After about 5 mins the bartender came out with the bag and said I was good to go. I wasn't feeling very good so I grabbed the bag and went home only to find out they had forgotten my side order of fries, put the wrong sauces in my triple dipper, gave me a half filled completely open bag of chips which ended up all over the place and half of them were crushed into tiny pieces, put shredded lettuce into my girlfriends salad??? I don't think they usually put shredded lettuce into their salads. They also put the cup of ice cream into a bag entirely full of hoy food and it melted all over everything and the cookie was also rough looking. To tell people to drive an extra 10 mins to another chilis would be an understatement. Hopefully the people who work at that Chilis are paying their way through school or are looking for another line of work because they definitely do not have the competence to work in the food industry. On a lighter note this is the first bad review I have ever given a restaurant in my life and I am pretty laid back but charge me full price, act like everything is good to go, and completely botch the order and I am not happy.
P.s. I did not call the restaurant after getting home and realizing they messed up my order because I am obviously not going to drive 15 mins up there to pick up a side order of fries and complain. If they obviously don't take very good care of everyday customers I can't imagine what they would do if you complain to them and ask that they...
Read moreI ordered from Uber Eats. I ordered the chicken crispers meal. Once it arrived at my home, I opened my sides then took the actual container with the chicken out of the bag. Chicken was in a typical clear take out container. Immediately, I noticed all kinds of grease and sauce on the container. I chalked it up to the cooks just packaging and closing, but once I opened the container I was absolutely appalled.
There were 4 chicken crispers inside, 2 of which that had literal bites taken out! Upon further inspecting and turning chicken over, on the bottom of all the tenders there was ranch on them....as if they had just walked to a dining table that had leftovers still on the table, saw the chicken and thought it would be a great idea to package it up for delivery. There should have been NO reason for literal bites and someone else's leftover sauce on the chicken delivered to another customer. On a normal day, it would be unacceptable and unprofessional to repackage someone else's leftovers for another customer...but with the covid virus rampant right now and for that to happen is absolutely appalling and extremely careless. Pretty sure the restaurant industry inspections would be obliterated. I don't even know what my purpose of writing this is because I will NEVER ORDER from this establishment again, but I want others to be aware of the unsafe, unsanitary and despicable actions of this restaurant.
