In the past, my experience at this restaurant has been friendly and exceptional. Today my son, 4-year-old granddaughter, and I were sorely disappointed. The visit started with a disinterested cashier. The young man seemed unfamiliar with ordering a kids meal sandwich with added ham (clearly available on their posted menu. When I returned the item to point out the error, I was met more of the same, this time he responded with “I told them to put ham on it.” When I asked for my receipt (which I had declined before), I was told it wasn’t possible to reprint, which is unprofessional and inaccurate. Both times our food was delivered to our table, first by a woman was less than friendly (to say the least). The young man returned the kid’s sandwich which had simply been pulled apart, which a few slices of ham haphazardly put on the (by then) cold sandwich, leaving the final product cold, disheveled, and unappetizing.
To the current management (which I refuse to believe is the same as it has been previously): I’m very disappointed. Do better. You depend on Moore residents to patronize and sustain...
Read moreThere is a sign out front of this restaurant that says they have a STUDENT special going on. It says STUDENTS can get a sandwich or pizza, chips, cookie, and a drink for $5. I have ordered this special a couple of times as have other college friends. It never came out this cheap for whatever reason, but it was a good bargain considering I'm a broke student and Schlotzskys's - while good - is overpriced. Today I went in to order it again, and the lady was very rude about it. She checked my student ID and then informed me it is only valid on kids' meals with a very irritated tone. I told her I've ordered an adult entrée before, but she wouldn't listen. The sign says STUDENT, not kids. Kids don't walk around with student IDs, and students with IDs are not eating kids meals. The sign was false advertising I guess, but the lady was very, very rude about it. I took my business elsewhere and will not...
Read moreWe were in Moore and decided to eat here because we like ours in Midwest City, they are nothing alike. The one in Moore charged us $2.29 for inventory purposes for a cup so I can have water. they did not disclose this at the register and also offered a medium or a large and shown the size bun for the sandwich I ordered and guess what, it did not come in those sizes, it only came in one size, altogether I had a sandwich a bowl of soup and two waters and was charged over $20 for the visit. The manager was unhelpful as this is a franchise restaurant and they do things a bit differently and don't really look at the customer in the same way as a corporate store. I do not recommend this place as this was the first time we went there and this will be the last time. I do recommend the Midwest City one, but I cannot recommend the Moore...
