The complaint is the poor customer service I received. I picked up my order last evening, and once I returned home saw that the wings I ordered were dry. Now, when I called back up to the store, I expressed to the manager on duty that not only were the wings not the way that | normally receive them, they weren't prepared properly. The manager on duty stated that he was instructed by Pizza Hut to use a ladle per 6 wings. I ordered a 12 piece, so that would require 2 ladles of sauce, which I didn't receive. I then, being considerate, offered as a solution, for them to provide me a couple of sauce cups to complement the order. That offer was denied, so then I requested a refund, and Nate the manager on duty, stated that he could not do that, that someone over him would have to do that. He then took my name and number down and said I would receive a call the next day from the manager over him. I waited until the next day after not receiving a call by 3pm in the afternoon, and I called back up, and got the General Manager-Brad. He placed me on hold to go pull up the order, because the note left, was that I didn't like my wings. I explained it went beyond the sauce, it was how the ordeal was handled and how my resolution was denied. He then placed me on hold again, and when Brad came back on the phone, and stated that he refunded for the wings and that he just took over the store, and "don't come back here if you don't like the wings" Beyond the irreverent tone, the point was missed. It wasn't don't come back if you don't like the wings, it should have been let me address the issue of poor customer service. It is amazing the lack of training and decorum that folk who are in position(s) leadership operate with, and deplorable given the amount of folk looking for these jobs, that would have responded to the situation...
Read moreI ordered my pizza online around 10 pm. When I got home and sat down to eat it was around 10:30 pm. The stuffed crust pizza they gave me looked like it was sitting around in a warmer for a few hours. I called the location and got someone from overseas who finally transferred me to the location. A girl answered and I told her I had just ordered and the stuffed crust pizza I had picked up was really old and would like a replacement and I would bring the old one back to them. The girl said “We are closed” . It was before 11 pm when the restaurant closes I said no, it’s only 10:30. She said “We closed and we want to go home!” Then hung up on me. I tried to call back but when they transferred me to the restaurant no one would answer. This location closes early ALL the time. I called there this morning and talked to a manager (Jadon) who told me they were short staffed and they knew they close early but they have no one to replace them so they have to keep them until they find better help. He wanted to make me a pizza at 11 am while I was at work. I said no thank you. I asked for a higher ups phone number but they would not give it to me. They said they would give my number to Shelly and have her call me but she hasn’t called me as of yet. I also left a message with corporate and still have not gotten a call back. I would highly recommend going to the location off Shearers RD; next to Domino's and Food Lion. That location is clean, consistent, and generally has good service with a good amount of employees.
I'm sure the workers do their best here at this location (Norman Station Blvd). MANAGEMENT is to blame. If you are at all responsible for managing this location: SHAME ON YOU. There is only ever one [maybe two] employees working. And you KNOW they are not getting paid well. This location has been under renovation for almost two years now. This place still smells bad, and you can smell it from outside and through the drive through window. Again, if you are a manager of this establish; you are doing a HORRIBLE job!
And reader, please believe me when I say that I've given this place chances before, but learn from my mistakes. Don't risk getting sick from some smelly Pizza Hut! Driving across town does suck, but so does...
