Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. I wish there was an option for negative stars. Talk about consistency and quality control. First when I walked in the door everyone looks either high or depressed to be there. We get it you don’t like your job it’s really hard work to make and serve tacos. Having come to this Taco Bell before and having issues I figured I’d order inside to cut down on the possibility of messing up the order. I ordered the items my significant other wanted and then explained what I wanted clearly and made sure she understood “Chicken Cheesy Gordita crunch” well done meaning a nice browning on the soft outer layer so the cheese melts. She seemed flustered and annoyed looking around the screen. I was patient and just tried to keep explaining what it was I wanted. She seemed confident and I looked over the order on the POS card swiper thing. Everything was there after waiting around 15 mins and seeing 3 people from the drive through come in and complain about there orders I figured once it finally comes out I’m going to check it. Also while waiting I over hear a customer, employee out of uniform and one in uniform all complain about how they have to make taco 12 packs and it’s been ordered 30 times today didn’t think much of it just solidified the negative vibe of this particular Taco Bell. So anyway I get my order after almost 20 mins and right away I see my two Chicken Cheesy Gordita crunches half wrapped with sauce And cheese all over the wrapper. I open it up and low and behold see they do not have tacos in either of them. Just the soft shell and no melty Cheese the wrap wasn’t even warm. So I wait another about 5 mins until someone that I guess was the planned clothes employee waiting for a ride or for someone to get off work. She called over the women I was initially working with and I explained the issue again to her. She says I understand now and went and tried to remake the Chicken cheesy Gordita crunches. Waited another about 5-6 mins and she came out just placed the other ones in the bag tightly wrapped. I should have checked the order again because when I got home she put meat in the chicken cheesy goridta crunches lol. I don’t eat the Taco Bell meat. So I went back another 10 min drive by this time the doors were locked and the drive through had 15 cars in it. So I went to Wendy’s where I was treated with respect and the...
Read moreTonight forever ended my patronage to tube Norman station taco bell first time around I recieved my order incorrectly. No big deal however after waiting in line 40 minutes as it was very busy I explained I had ordered a # 6 and recieved the wrong order. I was told " pull up to the window I'll talk at you there" I pull up to the window and the window clerk proceeds to explain to the proclaimed manager my order was incorrect. The manager gives me a look like I had just committed a horrific act and walks out of sight. Approx 4 to 5 minutes pas and I'm somewhat shocked as I watch him toss my order over the divider at the cashiers cubby for drive through customers. I'm at this point assuming he is having a rough night. I take my order and pull around front too park and eat when half way through the first of 2 chalupas I took a bite and as I started to chew my stomach turned. I had hair in my mouth. Not a single hair but a substantial amount. The amount of hair that was in my mouth was without a doubt a intentional placement. I grabbed my pen light and inspected what I had spit out. Blonde course hair!! Lots of it. If this allows me to pay photos i without question will. The sheer amount of hair in what I spit out is unfathomable to be accidental unless they are preparing food in a barber shop. In case anyone has the question, I have jet black hair. My wife has black hair. Even if I or her did not. This is simply fast too much hair for a incidental mishap. I then inspect my chalupa #2 and discover this one is littered with hair as well. Again on the second chalupa it's not a single or 2 or 3 .... it's dozens of hairs this one has a mixture of short black and blonde hairs. I'm positive this is a act of malice and it is unacceptable for a trusted food establishment to allow such vial acts. I plan to follow up with the health department and local police both of the items have been saved so the health inspector and police can perform whatever investigation necessary. This is absolute unacceptable. And mr taco bell corporate, do not waste your time and contact me to resolve this. This is beyond a refund and apology. This is felonious behavior that I will not drop. This is the principle that the degenerate or degenerates that think this is funny or cute have zero...
Read moreThis restaurant has gone so completely downhill. They cannot keep staff, the food quality is not good. After nit going to this location for months, I decided to order lunch for pick up on my way to work.(I ordered 1 hr ahead if time) Arrived at the restaurant and my order wasn't ready, but I always order enough time ahead that if they are running behind, no big deal. I see them finishing up my order and wait. One of the staff members comes up to the counter holding the bag of food and calls out my name and I said I'm here over here I was at the Mobile kiosk waiting- he never acknowledged me, wouldn't even look in my direction called out again saying the order was ready and again I said that I was there is my order hello nothing. so I moved directly in front of him and told him hello that's my order gave him my name he asked if my name was my name and then followed by some letters and numbers.i told him my name again, he said this isn't your order and yanked my order away from me (apparently through the mobile app random code after your name that it doesn't tell you) I tried to tell him that no it was my order and he ignored me and actually went into the parking lot to run after another customer that had accidentally placed an order in another state, because he was going to give the order to her. he came back in after not finding the customer and just took the bag and put it in the mobile waiting area. I waited thinking maybe I was mistaken. After waiting 5 more minutes and seeing no other orders remotely like mine, I had to stand there and look up everything in my phone and get the mobile app running again and show my order and order number to prove that it was my food and that I could take it and by the time that everything was said and done I was leaving there after I was already supposed to been at work so, i was late, even though I had planned it out an hour and a half before my shift. Ive tried contacting Taco Bell and I've had no response whatsoever and currently if you try to contact them no one answers the phone and the contact me buttons on the app in the website do not work so I'm guessing they really don't care about the quality of their food or how their staff interacts with customers. This used to be a really good...
