Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Moorhead

This is been by far the worst experience I've ever had to Jimmy John's I've enjoyed Jimmy John's for many years just recently they messed up one of my orders life happens people are human and they gave us even without us asking to cards for free Subs sweet that's what I expect from Jimmy John's they take care of their business they take care of their problems well I tried to order a sub from Jimmy John's delivery like I always do going to deliver that order the exact same thing I'm used to ordering the exact same thing that I got the card for them messing up in the first place while these little sub cards they don't do delivery I even offered to charge or to pay it all the delivery fee I'm not worried about it still know so give up a week later I decided because you know I'm heading towards work I was just going to grab a sub real quick so I order the same thing I always order a JJ Gargantuan exactly what I got the card for in the first place they don't accept that card for JJ Gargantuan they only they only accept it or orders one through six are you...

I ordered the country club unwhich. The lettuce wrap was not wrapped at all they put way extra lettuce in it that is why it was not wrapped up. I also asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on it hardly any mayo on it. This is the first time I've had a problem with this store. The employee sent out a new unwhich so hopefully this one will be better since I could not even eat the first one in went into the garbage because all it was is a paper wrap full of loose lettuce. I got my 2nd wrap and it's just as bad. I unwrapped the first paper and a whole bunch of lettuce fell out so once again the employee put way to much extra lettuce so the wrap would not completely wrap the way its supposed to. I will not order from this store again. I flat out told the manager on the phone there is no need for this much extra lettuce in a lettuce wrap. I will be contacting cooperate due to the employees and management don't listen. The delivery person did not even hand me my 2nd order he just left it at the entrance...

If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady at the window dropped my sub during the hand-off, and instead of apologizing, she asked me to get out of my car and pick it up off the pavement like I was on a sandwich scavenger hunt.

I thought surely she’d take it back and make a fresh one. NOPE. I handed it to her and she hit me with, “Oh no, it’s wrapped,” like that somehow makes it pavement-proof. I asked, “You’re not going to make me another one?” and she just said again, “It’s wrapped,” and walked off.

I was in a hurry, but I waited at the window anyway, hoping someone would come back. No one ever did. Eventually I just had to drive off, and yep—wasted $10 on a sub I couldn’t even eat.
