Usually they do a great job of making my pizza, however today was the complete opposite. Audry or Aubrey was her name, took my walk in order of a New York XL pizza, first she messed up at the till and had to get someone to fix her mistake. Second I asked for extra sauce and she couldnt understand that. Third she put way to much cheese on it and the other female employee had to remove about half of what the first female put on it. Forth she put the regular sausage on it when it was supposed to have ground sausage, so she had to remove the regular sausages and put the ground sausage on it. Fifth she was going to put regular cheese on it when it requires parmesan chese. Then she proceeded to yell at a male employee saying he told her wrong about what cheese a New York XL was supposed to have. Then she wrapped it up and handed it to me, I had requested a receipt upon ordering my pizza and wasn't given one so I asked her again for a receipt and she had to ask the other female to get one for me but she was busy doing her own job and said it would take a few minutes, well being there for so long I just wanted to leave so I said I was good and didnt want to wait any longer. After baking my pizza at home and after cutting it I discovered she gave me the regular pizza crust and not the thin crust that the New York XL should have, to our displeasure we ate it anyway. Hopefully someone reads this and remedies this issue, possibly more training is required and more supervision of what...
Read moreWe’ve bought pizza from here for a long time. Only recently some new manager has taken over. What is the point of having a cheese mini Murphy pizza available to order, when you “only give out pepperonis”? Not only are you giving us something we DID NOT ORDER but also you’re taking away the best part - cheese. One employee gave me an actual cheese pizza one and then when I ordered a second one, the manager was just like “I’m the new manager, so we only give out pepperonis now”. Great! Would’ve been nice if you explained why. Won’t order again when you won’t give me what was actually ordered. And the dough has changed, WAY drier than before, couldn’t even stretch it to fit the whole black pan. One star for the new manager. I will give the rest of the staff credit. They were all super friendly when I walked in and made sure I knew where my order was. I know being a manager is tough, but it’s literally ON THE MENU! if I went into an actual restaurant, there’s usually signage to inform people if there’s a change, but until it’s off the papa murphys website, it’s a 1...
Read moreThis is truly the worst service I have ever been subjected to. Ordered one pizza and one mini murph for pick up. Arrived, and waited for 25 minutes. I finally asked one of the young men working there if he could confirm the order was received. I showed them the order on my phone, and after a few minutes. The employee checked in with the other two employees, but I couldn’t hear the conversation, and none of them confirmed they had it. I waited another ten minutes. Finally, the initial employee called my name, apologized, and said “we’re working on the mini murph”. After an additional 5 minute wait, I noticed a mini murph box simply sitting on their back counter. I approached the employee who was standing next to me, and asked if it was my mini murph. The employee did not look up, did not respond; I asked again “Excuse me, Sir.” No response. Finally, the man looks up and simply hands me the box with no response. It had been ready the whole time. This is the last time my family and myself will ever spend a dollar on this joke of a Papa Murphy’s....
