How many mornings am I going to have to go in there for breakfast and here those employees getting screeched at by that woman Cathy?? It's absolutely unacceptable treatment of the employees and is honestly just an embarrassment to the establishment as a whole. I went through the drive-thru today and at the first window I could hear the woman yelling and cursing at everyone back there in the restaurant, I asked the employee at the window if that was a manager and she told me that she was considering walking out because she was miserable and tired of being treated so badly. That made me so mad. Then I went to the second window to get my order and the girl working the second window asked us to pull to #1 because if we stayed in the drive-thru for more than five seconds she was going to get yelled at. WHAT THE HELL? You can bet that I walked right up into that store and pitched a fit. There is absolutely no reason that employees should be yelled at and abused. I guess McDonalds doesn't agree! I was not taken seriously, I was pushed aside, the manager Shawn said he had "no idea what I was talking about" AS IF I DIDN'T HAVE EARS. YOU COULD HEAR HER YELLING IN THE DRIVE THRU, STUPID. They refused to take responsibility, they refused to apologize "because they weren't doing anything." The girl at the front counter hugged me and told me thank you because "No one ever stands up for them." THAT IS AWFUL AND SAD. NOBODY SHOULD FEEL AS IF THEY NEED PROTECTION IN THEIR WORK PLACE.    Read moreWe go to this McDonald's a lot. Today I went with my sister. We did a mobile order as usual. When we got to the window for pickup she asked the guy working for a drink carrier. He tried to just give her one and insist she put the drinks in herself. She asked if he could please put the drinks in the carrier as he had not handed them out to us yet. He then asked her to pull forward due to my chicken was cooking. She politely declined. A minute later a lady came and said that if she was asked to pull then she had better do it next time because she was on a timer and if she didn't her refund would be thrown at her. And then she threw the bags of food out of the window into the vehicle!!! She then slammed the window so hard it came back open itself. My sister asked for the manager and the woman screamed she was the manager. So she asked her name as she didn't have on a name badge. The lady just slammed the window. She said that's fine I can wait here until I get your name. So she finally came back and screamed it's Makayla! And to try to complain because it wouldn't matter. She did have on a black manager shirt and lots of colorful tattoos. The food we were waiting to supposedly be cooked was in fact all old and cold, including the crispy chicken! (it was barely warm and the breading was soggy.)They large fry wasn't even close to being full and the burgers were old, dry and had hard edges.
