Not going to lie, it was really difficult to find this place, the shop is tucked away in an odd spot right across from del taco. The bubble tea store itself is quite large and spacious. The decor is interesting, there’s a telephone booth next to a vine covered wall on the left side of the shop when you first walk in and all the seating are on the right hand side. With ordering, they had two self serve kiosks that were easy to use and had plenty of pictures and descriptions. I like how this boba shop has a lot of unique drinks I don’t usually see at other stores. I ended up ordering the mango swirl with the recommended 100% sweetness with the star fruit jelly and the Thai Oreo brûlée that is half sweet for my dad. My only regret is listening to the recommendation because the mango swirl was overly sweet for me and tasted like blended candy, favor-wise the mango is good but I wish I had water to wash it down. The Thai Oreo brûlée on the other hand was perfect, the Oreos mixed in provided a nice crunch and the Thai tea tasted good. Overall, I wish they didn’t only have the self serve kiosk so I could ask the staff questions about the sweetness of the drinks. I also felt ignored since no one welcomed us in or acknowledged our existence. The staff completely ignored eye contact and I barely heard anything when my drinks were done. But the drinks were made quickly and it is neat to see all their unique drink...
Read moreWe’ve been here many times. This place is always busy but the service is always quick. The menu has many selections. Many fruit teas and milk teas. The boba is firm and chewy. Every drink that we have purchased has been very good. There is one downside though. The parking here is terrible. Even if you can get a spot in front there is a lot of traffic moving through. Del Taco shares the same narrow space and the drive through entrance and exit are on the same path. With a very short walk you can park outside Home Goods.
Update: Just came here tonight 5-11-25. Unfortunately they were out of the brown sugar boba but they were kind enough to let me know before I placed my order so incase I came here only for that I could leave. They did suggest that the golden boba, a honey based, had a similar texture. I wasn’t familiar with the self service menu and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their product and helped me make a selection quickly. It’s not often that I get to write a follow up review to say that the quality of service and of the product still holds up to what was produced during its first year. Well done. The store was very clean and in Moreno Valley, no offense mo Val, I love you but most places are dirty. This business was clean. I wish I more money to tip better because you all deserve it....
Read moreI went on grand opening day and this place meets my standards for a boba shop. You order through a self-order kiosk but the workers can help if you have any question. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program if you think you'll be a frequent customer! It has good boba shop vibes for hanging out with friends but the music is a little too loud for studying in my opinion.
Matcha is my go-to flavor at most boba shops and the matcha swirl was delicious and the swirl added extra creaminess. FYI: the difference between the swirl and the storm is that a storm is equivalent to a slush while a swirl has a special cream spread out inside the cup. The boba had good texture.
Definitely a contender here in MoVal! I would definitely order...
