CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Moreno Valley

I updated my review because I went to change my phone case and on the back of my phone was a crack! This was NOT there prior to giving it to Adam. He took it out of my case and inspected it prior. He even noted there wasn't any other damage EXCEPT on the screen. I am very upset and angry. My phone was placed ba k on my ROKFORM HARD CASE and given to me. I should have look at it prior to leaving. Note to take pictures of your phone prior to handing it over and inspect it afterwards. This damage was NOT on my phone. This happened when he was in the back replacing my screen. I originally post the review down below. "Seemed honest." I was sadly wrong. I cracked my screen even though I had a strong case:( I seen some mixed reviews, but mostly were good so I decided to come down and see for myself. I am thankful I did. The guys here are respectful, seem honest and are very courteous to everyone who walks in the door. It hurts spending money these days on a broken screen, but the stress of not having a phone was terrible. Not because of SM, these days having GPS, a phone to make and receive calls in case of an emergency causes all of us to RELY on our phones. For 4 days I didn't have a cell phone. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Josh, Adam & Todd were great today! After an irritating visit at spectrum Mobil, Spectrum turned us away and told us all we can do is buy a new phone. They even took our phone to the manager and she couldn’t even help us. Our Samsung barely payed off phone and only 1.5 years old took a shit and was glitching and we couldn’t get past our passcode screen. We came to CPR and Josh guided us thru the whole process and Adam did a hard reset with us hoping our stuff was backed up. We finally got in!!!! It was such a great feeling to know that we didn’t have to buy a new phone. Spectrum count your days! All they wanted was our money they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all!!! Kept telling us there is nothing we can do, I even asked for a trade in for our new phone and they said no. Josh at CPR even offered us water while we were waiting. Not only that Josh repairs all types of phone, computers you name it, your total repair man!!!Thanks Guys! Give these gentleman a pay increase cause they just saved us a headache and a couple hundreds of dollars in buying a new phone that wasn’t even needed.
