Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Today is March 30 2023 it’s about 4 pm I’m Putting this information just in case someone from chili’s sees this, I have never been treated so coldly as I was today at the chili’s off Nason in Moreno Valley, because he really wanted to eat at chili’s. When we walked In The first thing I noticed was the bar area was packed almost elbow to elbow and the opposite side of the restaurant was too but the middle section was completely empty now there were spaces close to the occupied sides of the restaurant where it wouldn’t have been an inconvenience for a server to serve us we pointed out two tables close to where all The other guests were seated but the hostess said all of those tables were closed but she would go and ask her manager if we could have one of those tables, the young lady came back and said … she said NO !!’ Just like that, she tried to show us an available table … a tiny table , everyone was so close to Each other we might as well have all been sitting together no privacy no space no social distance at all literally jam Packed on top of each other, unacceptable from management !!! to just say no like that she’d rather lose a customer than to accommodate us or even come out and talk to us herself and maybe offer something else a compromise maybe not NO !! It’s this or nothing is how i left feeling I’m Paying my money to be treated that way I’m Cool sounds Petty? Say what you want but I was hit by a truck it’s hard for me to sit in those hard chairs I need room She didn’t even bother to see what was going on it’s ok I’ll never go there again it’s sad too cuz the manager that helped before was very nice with my take out order I was very happy with him tall white guy checked on me when I ordered to go and was waiting in my car it’s all good tho I found another chili’s to give my business to on the other side of town they were very nice and accommodating Monique will always get my business moving forward she knows how to treat people she’s the manager at the chilis on Fredrick I’m...

The best customer service I have experienced ever at a Chili's restaurant. Came in around 9pm on a Thursday and we were greeted as we came in and seated right away. Immediately took our drink orders and came back immediately with our iced tea. Our server came up and took our appetizer orders and had great conversation and while we were still talking, another gal had brought our appetizers up, so fast! We put in the rest of our order and it took maybe 10 mins. There was an issue with our food and they immediately took it back and within a few mins had brought us a new plate. Everyone was so prompt and apologetic. As we were checking out, the staff helped us with the bill since we had an issue with our food, which was unexpected. Then we had an issue using a gift card, and they gave us an additional discount since my gift card didn't work for our purchase. The staff tonight did everything right, and delivered some of the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. Highly satisfied, and so thankful for the kind staff at this location. Will definitely be back, very happy...
