Be careful that they do not charge you twice at this location! Looking at this 3.4 rating and wonder how a Jimmy Johns has such a low rating? It depends on who is working when you get served. First time I went it was mid day and the service (Ashley) was great. However, I went back about 8 pm on a Wednesday night and it was not a good experience. The guy had me run my card, it said "Approved" then he said wait I am going to put that in again. I said, "it said approved?" He said run the card again. I said can you check to be sure it did not go through, it said approved. He said, "just run the card," it didn't. So I did and again it said, "Approved" on the screen. I said, now can you please check to see that it didn't charge me twice. He said, it didn't (without looking). I said you didn't check anything? To which he said,"you can look it up on your credit card if you want to, if it says I charged you twice I will return your money or give you another sandwich, whatever you want." I was not happy with this but I pulled up my app and sure enough, he charged me twice! So I showed him and asked him if he could take one off. He said no because it said "pending" on my credit card... I said it always says pending for a day or two. He said he would not refund the money then. I said well let me speak to the manager, he said he was the manager and he would not refund the money for the second order eventhough he charged me twice. I said then at least give me the other sandwich then. He said I would have to pay for another sandwich. To which I explained again that he charged me two different times and I showed him on the screen again! He refused to refund the money. He then said fine I will "give" you another sandwich. He took his time but made a sandwich... but he was basically forcing me to buy two sandwiches, and he still never got it. I said, I will be complaining in the morning to which he said,"even after I gave you a second sandwich." I said, "you didn't give me anything, you charged me twice!" His customer service sucked. He should have confirmed after I asked him to the first time. Instead he put it on me then refused to believe it when I showed him on the app that he made me look up. He would not just admit he made a mistake. It is rediculous, but I can see why this store has such a poor rating for a Jimmy Johns. This location needs to train all of their employees about customer service and how to use the registers, etc. FOR THE RESPONSE FROM Jimmy John's... you respond to everyone the same way, "Sorry for the bad experience, please send more info to another place." Bla, bla bla... In other words you do not care to even give an appropiate response. Just one more way that shows that your customer service is...
Read moreNo ham, no drinks other than bottled water or Diet Coke, no ice. I called to postpone my order since I was traveling, yet no one told me any of this when I called. Got there 45 min later, nothing was made bc they didn’t have anything I ordered (even though the app has you put your phone number, and it showed on the receipt).
Drive thru speaker broken when I arrived, and I waited 20 more minutes for my order since it didn’t get made. There was also a half smoked cigarette sitting on the counter on the inside of the drive-thru window, where they place orders. No mayo packets, they put it in a container but they don’t serve silverware so how am I supposed to use it while driving??
I should have read the reviews ahead of time, WORST JIMMY JOHN’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO. No napkins, gave me brown paper towels, and no usual stickers on the sandwiches to keep them closed, they used blue painter’s tape. I doubt I’ll get refunded for my large iced teas I ordered on the app.
Clearly it’s an ongoing issues for NO ICE, NO DRINKS, NO MEAT/BREAD during opening hours…..Can someone either fix the issue or close down...

I live like less than 5 minutes from the store!!!!!!!!!!! No one called nothing. So to top it off she hung up on me! So I call back. Guess what.... she is the manager. Way to go on customer service! So at this point 40 minutes waiting.. I just want my money back... she continues to tell me he should be there.... he should be there in just a minute.... here it is an hour later... still havent seen him or the sandwiches!!! Thanks a ton... I have 2 very upset hungry kids who have been waiting patiently who are now waiting on me to fix something for them......and I'm sure I wont get my money back.... so NEVER AGAIN .... FREAKY FAST MY BUTT!!!!! CHANGE...
