Wingstop — Restaurant in Morganton

Food was mid and salty. Idk what's the hype about. Trash service, and they don't do refunds. Don't go here, I'm guess cause it's new they don't know what they are doing. They charged me for someone else order and I paid for what I thought was my order. Turns out it wasn't, and the cashier told me that my payment didn't go through, so I re tapped my card and paid twice. Then a receipt came out n she gave it to me. One of the flavors wasn't even the right one that I chose, but I just let it be. There were other people in the restaurant too who didn't get everything they ordered. There were no napkins or forks. Later in the week, which is now I check my bank statement n tell me why there are 2 different charges for wingstop. Luckily, I kept the receipt, cause like they say no refunds unless u got a receipt. Nope, I called them, and they said they don't do refunds. Even tho it is an error on their part. They told me to call corporate cause that is what they were told to do. I asked for the number, which they dont know. So the corporate number i found on the internet said it wasn't in service, and their contact us website is down for maintenance. I recalled the store again, and they just said there's nothing they can do. So unless you are willing to pay for someone else's food without ur knowledge, then this is a great...

First let me say, I didn’t put stars on service or atmosphere because we ordered to go. My wife ordered Honey BBQ Blaze and I ordered Cajun tenders. Our tenders are so SALTY tasting that we didn’t eat but one of the three piece. Both boxes of tenders had A LOT of sauce and maybe that was the issue. The sides we got, Cajun Corn and Voodoo Fries, were good. The corn was a lil dry and my fries were soggy. The fries, in all fairness, did have a lot of stuff on them though. Ranch, cheese, etc. I’m not gonna lie, we were severely disappointed. They might be wing experts but the tenders sucked. My wife said it was a waste of $30. Please, PLEASE, WING STOP…… work on this. We want to come back...

I love Wingstop, under normal circumstances it is one of my favorite places to get wings. Unfortunately my last few orders from this location were so soggy (after asking for them well done) that it about made me sick to eat them due to the texture of the skin. The first time I thought it might just be a mistake, but the two after that were just as bad. Today when I went my wings were ready only 10 minutes after I ordered them online, I wish I’d payed close attention to that before taking them home. I don’t know if it is overcrowding the fryers or cooking wings in advance, but I would rather wait longer than get wings of sub...
