I went through the drive through today and ordered 4 barbecue sauces and she rang me up for three but I looked in the bag immediately and there was no barbecue sauce. I got charged for 3. I went back around through the drive and nicely asked for the barbecue sauce that I didn’t get and the worker yelled at the top of her lungs that she was sure she put barbecue sauce in my bag. I said you can check the bag there was nothing in it and I took pictures of the bag and my receipt. I was begging them to check the cameras. I said you need to give me the barbecue sauce I was charged for it. She came outside of the building and she was getting closer to my car screaming at me saying she was pregnant and didn’t have time for this and that I needed to leave or she was going to call the police. I said she could call the police. She definitely verbally assaulted me and if I didn’t leave she probably would have fought me. She was cussing at me. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I have genuinely never been treated like this at any kind of establishment in my life and am appalled. There was someone in front of me in line and they saw and heard it all go down and even apologized to me as I drive away and said that the situation was very crazy. Read moreIf I could, I would literally leave a zero review. We had to take a trip from Hamlin, WV to Morgantown WV to drop my daughter off at WVU. We decided to stop at this Burger King and get some food. The drink machine was watery, the ice machine didn't work. So they had to get our ice and drinks from behind the counter. The drinks were hot. But that wasn't a big issue, we understand things are perfect all of the time. BUT our $42 order of food was down right disgusting. We wondered why there were no other customers beside us - inside or out. It was because the food they served us was not fit to eat. We ate what we could, because we had traveled and was hungry. I ordered cheese sticks, they were hard. the chicken sandwiches was soggy and were soaked in what tasted and looked like mayo and water. It was just an overall bad experience. I wish I would not have wasted almost 50 dollars on food like that! I hate to say this, but that whole place needs a complete turn around. The workers did the bare minimum. Now, I'm just out almost $50. I have been super busy and wasn't able to do this review sooner, or I would have done it that day. June 23rd, 2024. at around 4 o'clock. Read moreI come to this location about once a month, i love burger king and would come more often. Unfortunately this location gives me no reason to come back. Each time my mozzarella sticks are cold and hard, my wait is more than 8 minutes even when placing a mobile order. Im not some ”Karen” who likes to complain However i draw the line when Im told to wait a a moment at the speak (which i have no problem with) and the reason is because the Ordertaker/Cashier was feeding ducks on the lawn. Then our order was completely mixed up and we were given the wrong food. We were later asked to prove what we had as our order even though at the time we were the only people in the drive-through who had ordered a mobile order. They then gave us the wrong food, and gave us an attitude when we had to tell them that they were missing the other half of our food because one bag was not ours. Not to mention that we had to ask for each and everyone of our four drinks because they forgot.
