I don’t normally write reviews,however I was very disappointed in my last visit here. I should mention that we visit chick fil A at least 4 times a month and I have never had a bad experience until last week. We placed our order and my husband ordered his usual milk shake with his meal,when he received it, it was runny and not milk shake consistency at all and he told the lady that took the order that it was runny. She grab the cup from the counter and threw it into the trash without saying a word and you could see she was annoyed by it. We received our new shake and food and sat down to eat. I open my sandwich and took a bite and my bun was hard on top.There was a long line and I didn’t want to jump in front of anyone and I didn’t want my fries to get cold while I waited in line so I ask the boy cleaning tables to assist by getting me a new sandwich, he said he would and walked away with my sandwich in hand. He returned a few minutes later with my same sandwich and a bag containing the top of a bun and told me that he couldn’t replace my sandwich but he could replace the top bun that was hard!! I was honestly speechless but my husband spoke up grabbed the sandwich and went to the counter with it, as he did that the boy that was handeling this went to the back and my husband could see him talking to a lady as he waited to get someone’s attention about the sandwich. Then the boy came out with a new sandwich and gave it to my husband. No one came to check on us or to offer an apology. I just felt that someone should have acknowledged what just happened , a manager should have came over and said something. After all they did take my sandwich and walk away with it and then tried to return it to me. I realize they are very busy there (always a line inside and out) but if they don’t take the time to show customer appreciation and quality control their lines my get shorter. Read more3 stars is stretching it. Normally i just do curbside but I was with my husband and son and he doesn't like to sit for long periods and it wasn't packed so we went through the line. We get through and are two cars away from the window, so far were satisfied. Then the guy driving and the girl at the window were making convo again no big deal, Hes waiting on his food. He then gets his food and is still sitting there just talking to the girl at the window, she allowing it then we get too the window after he left the car in front went right through all our food was waiting and as i pull up im irritated but still alright and then i hear the girls laugh and talking about how she done such a good job pretty much flirting with the guy and had so much "game" I just feel she could have switched numbers or added him on Facebook (just asked his name)until she got break or went home. It was just rude we all got held up so they could chat real quick. I normally let this stuff go but its not just waiting its literally to put game on a guy. Not to mention our fries were pretty cold probably from sitting in an open bag by a cold drive through window. I don't understand how if breakfast ends at 10:30 and we get there before we're rudely told it's cut. At the very least they could've been nicer about it but the dude goes uhhh we still serving breakfast and the lady doesn't even do more than glance behind herself to say that it's cut because they dont know what they have left and so we leave without even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything and as we're leaving in our car the guy keeps looking and squinting at us as he's walking by making faces. Honestly the service here lately is mcdonalds level, if I wanted rude service I'd go there. It definitely wasn't an issue for breakfast items and they were more worried about all the people waiting for lunch. Last time we complained about this same issue there was also no response.
