If I could give this 0 I would. This location is convenient and services offered are par for the course for FedEx office. As much as I’d like to say I’d stop going, the location is too good for me to not go again.
I went in to return some shoes. The instructions from my vendor said they would pack it for me. I waited in line and when it was my turn I had a back and forth with the employee who was respectful and we weren’t really understanding each other about who would do the packing. Then I’m 99% sure the supervisor comes over after the employee offers to do it for me, points at her and says “no”. Then she talks to me like I’m a child saying that the vendor instructions were wrong and that I’d have to go home and get the box and bring it back. “Where’s the box it came in?” “It didn’t come in a box, it came in a bag.” She would not commit to helping me, I asked her point blank several times if she would help me if I did that and all she would say is I have to go home and bring the bag back. Then she tried to sell me mailing bags. She got mad when I said no absolutely not (it was a free return I didn’t want to buy their bag). She said it can’t be “holey” and that I’d have to buy the bag. She ended up yelling at me and I left. That’s not all.
I go home and stop in the next morning. I use their self service kiosk and borrow some tape from the same supervisor who gave it to me. As I’m taping up the box silently, my back to the counter she says loudly enough for me to hear to her report “you have to yell at them sometimes. This is what happens when you yell at them. If he wants to stand there all day and tape up that box let him.” She laughed. I was mortified she was talking about me loudly enough for me to hear. Unbelievable. I felt as bad as when she was yelling at me the previous day and trying to bully me into buying their mailing bag. And I felt bad for her reports because her behavior is not customer forward and embarrassing. I finished taping my box. Used the kiosk, returned the scissors to the supervisor and said thank you. She said “have a nice day.” I walked out. She needs to be retrained. That’s the worst I’ve been treated in a...
Read moreThe employees was rude and unfriendly. I went to pick up my package and bring my ID. I have house in FL , so my ID with my FL address. They don't want give it to me. I prove my all picture with my home location by iPhone system. They even don't trust and state I could go to the address which package wrote to picture the picture. How funny idea it is! Nobody in Fedex customer service told me need bring ID with same address! They ask me bring my house deed which was worst funny. Who will bring home deed to pick up package. Finally, I show them the credit card address, and they told me with their un patient attitude the credit card can't prove it unless you show me statement! Because you could change any credit card address right now! They even don't want to understand. I know you guys have policy, but you don't need be mean like this! And I want send package out as well, she told me cheapest way is cost $56 . I can't believe her anymore! They just want me feel bad. I went to USPS two days delivery cost $14! Read moreI don’t know why this place has customer service complaints. I just dropped off a package for California. There were customers at the counter being served when I walked in. That didn’t stop the gray haired gentleman from immediately looking up, smiling and greeting me with “be with you in just a minute sir” He finished quickly and then immediately helped me pack and label my package. The tone and content of the conversation was genuinely pleasant. He made eye contact while speaking to me. He seemed like he was actually happy that I came in. Not forced or canned. Just a nice friendly guy. He thanked me for my business and wished me a good day. Total time, maybe 3 minutes. There is NO room for improvement. A perfect pleasurable experience. I left with a smile. Whatever “problems” they may have had in the past are either corrected, or the complainant(s) was some miserable clod; the type that finds a $100 bill and grumbles that he has to break it because it wasn’t five $20’s. Absolutely 5...
