i've never made a review before but my experience was so bad i just have to. this is the worst mcdonald’s in morristown as soon as you go in everyone just looks at you without taking your order leaving you waiting for at least 10 minutes. I had ordered food last night and all my food was cold, mcflurrys were melted, i was supposed to have a gallon of sweet tea which they gave me 2 cups of it instead, but didn’t even give straw orrr spoons, and my mchicken that i specifically said no mayonnaise, had mayonnaise. it was already 12 o'clock i assumed they closed so i said id call them the next day. so i did and the manager on the phone said they would remake everything as long as i brought the receipt. so i did. one of the managers it was a woman she was older but so rude to me when i was being patient because i get it i’ve worked fast food but she told me i needed to bring the food and was smart to say “well you shouldn’t have thrown the food away” so i asked her if she wanted me to dig it out of the trash and she said yes so i had to drive 20 minutes back home DIG THE FOOD OUT OF THE TRASH and drive 20 MINUTES BACK. walked back in there with the food waited 10 minutes for her to come to the register then she told me she couldn’t remake the mcflurrys bc they weren't in the cups. Read moreI’m not one to complain because I believe in karma but the first time I went to this McDonald’s was back in October and i ordered by food and they told me to pull into a parking spot and they will be out with my food soon. An HOUR AND A HALF LATER IM STILL WAITING and I had 2 babies with me so I couldn’t just go inside. I had to end up calling my cousin so I could go in and get my food. So, I went there tonight and ordered a 20 piece nugget and fries on the app. It took 5 minutes for someone to even talk to me at the speaker. Keep in mind I was the only car in the whole drive thru. So I pulled to the 1st window to get my receipt and she doesn’t even bother to open the window she just waved her hands for me to go to the 2nd window. Okay then. So I pull up to the 2nd window and I see the same lady that told me to pull forward making fun of me with another worker bc I didn’t just go to the 2nd window bc It was a mobile order and “I didn’t need a receipt” I get my food and when I get home I realize that they gave me two 20 piece nuggets. Wow. My lucky night. WRONG. Every single one of the nuggets and fries were hard as rocks and stale!! This dinner is for my family. Read moreafter a football game, 3 of my friends and i came to mcdonalds because sonic was closed. they had a lot of people, so we understood that we would have to wait for awhile and we were perfectly fine with that. i only had brought cash inside, and while i was ordering i realized that i would not get the opportunity to pay with cash because the employees were avoiding the front of the restaurant. my friend ended up paying for my food, so it was fine. well, a group of 4 teen girls came in after us and started speaking very loudly and were being very disrespectful to the employees, but then the employees were fine with these girls WALKING behind the counter and getting their own cups. when the girls asked about paying with cash(after they had waited for at least 15 minutes) they got yelled at by the employees to be patient. then a female employee said "i don't know who is waiting on a drink, but here" and threw about 10-12 large cups onto the counter.
we waited for 30 minutes and when we finally got our food, every single order had something wrong with it, and we were treated with disrespect. i understand being busy and being slowed down, but yelling at customers isn't going to make anything...
