My family had a wonderful meal here at El Sabor de Guerrero. The tamales were amazing – perfectly cooked with a flavorful pork and soft masa. The quesabirria was equally delicious. Each bite of the was filled with succulent, perfectly slow-cooked birria, gooey cheese and had a crispy tortilla. The consommé was nothing short of exceptional, its aromatic broth elevated the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. These dishes are a must-try for anyone who loves Mexican food! El Sabor de Guerrero is a hidden gem in Morro Bay! The food is packed with flavor and made fresh to order. We tried the chicken torta sandwich and it was absolutely amazing—juicy, well-seasoned, and served on soft, warm bread. Even the kids’ burger meal was a hit! It was cooked perfectly and came with fries that disappeared fast. The birria quesatacos and sope platillo are also must-tries if you’re in the mood for something more traditional. This is the second time I have taken out from El Sabor. The first time I got fajitas-this time I got a tostada. They were both delicious. The chicken is moist and flavorful. The vegetables are cooked through and seasoned well. I really enjoyed the guacamole. It all was just great!!
