I made an order online, my pizza was done on time but 1 pizza in my order looked dried out. the pizza had pepperoni and 8 pieces of sausage, looks like someone forgot to add that topping at the last minute but it was one piece of sausage on each slice.🙄 I asked the person who was checking me out could do the pizza over she called over a younger girl to hand the issue, who I thought was the manager, the girl said it will be 20 to 30 minutes, I been waiting for over an hour and my pizza still has not been made. this is not a good look for the managment or the company. this is very unacceptable. I asked to get my money back, now someone has time to make it. After now waiting for 15 more minutes my pizza is done. The other item in my order was cold by the time I got the pizza that was supposed to be done over. I asked the term member for the area manager name and number and the manager on that shift at 7:10 pm Mt Zion location. The girl said they didn't have the person's number. Then the manager walks over and asked is my pizza not made over, I told the manager Savannah that it is unacceptable that she did not handle the problem correctly and called over a team member and also I've been waiting over an hour and a half for her to do one pizza over and I asked to be compensated for waiting an hour and a half because the food items that I ordered prior have gotten cold due to waiting so long. I asked her who was the area manager, Savannah said that it was someone named Noah and scribbled a number on a piece of paper I asked her to put her name also on the paper she walked away with a nasty attitude and said bye. Instead of the manager handling my issue in a timely manner and decent customer service the manager Savannah had no regard to me having to wait so long. she was very rude, nonchalant, and disrespectful during the...
Read moreOrdered pizza for delivery for my office at 11:27 on Friday 5/19/23. The store was 10 minutes from my work, so we ordered it for delivery. By 2pm, we had called attempting to speak to an employee and get an update on our order, and we could not get through to anything except a line with prerecorded advertisements. I ended up driving to the store and sitting for about 40 minutes and waiting for my pizza to be prepared. There were three total employees when I entered the store, and one of those employees greeted me and let me know they were extremely behind. She told me she could have my order to me by delivery in about 30 minutes, but gave me the option to wait. I waited. They started on my order and the woman who greeted me left to deliver another order. I believe she was the manager. That left two people in the building, one cook, and one cook in -training who seemed to have started the job that same day. They didn't answer the phone the entire time I sat inside, which rang off the hook constantly. I don't see this as a fault on the employees. Whoever is in charge of this branches operations is failing the employees that work on the branch level. They were extremely understaffed and could not handle the capacity of orders or phone calls coming in at all. The cook told the trainee to not even worry about answering the phone, which I don't blame him, because they simply had no time to do so. Multiple people coming in the store were coming in for similar issues. These employees deserve to be treated with respect. This creates an extremely overwhelming environment for the few employees, which will prevent them from getting orders out in a timely manner. Staff your store, that way you won't have high overturn and such unhappy customers. We never received any apology, discount, coupon, or refund for our...
Read moreWished I read the reviews before coming to this location. My order was supposedly ready for pick-up before I left my house but still had to wait 15 minutes after arriving to the location before I got my order. I worked in food service for 13 years in Morrow and usually have a great deal of sympathy for food service workers, but these people were just lazy. Neither seemed bothered by the orders piling up in the oven, both seemingly steadfast waiting for the other person to take the initiative. The person who eventually assembled my order asked for my name twice, went outside to banter with someone on the sidewalk, came inside, asked for my name again, bantered with the other employee, complained about incoming online orders, asked for my name again, and after 10 MINUTES finally started to box my order, then handed me the boxes while confirming my name for a final time. After finally receiving my order, the pizza was cold, the toppings were just heaped into the very center, and it wasn't cut properly so I had to rip pieces off to eat it. The garlic parmesan bread bites had NO garlic or parmesan, just plain pieces of bread.
This place is an absolute embarrassment. Handwashing seemed to be of little concern as the person boxing the orders opened the door of the building, handled cash, operated the register, then went straight to touching people's food with her bare hands. A delivery driver reeking of marijuana entered the building during the time I was waiting which blatantly reveals how little the employees here care about their jobs or appearing professional to customers. Stay away from this location. Nothing short of corporate intervention will...
