let me start first by saying I'm a fan of Moe's . I eat at the Chamblee-Tucker location often, but this location is near my house. My wife told me not to go here, but I don't listen. When I walk in the lines are moderately long. Not a problem. It's a Friday night and people are hungry. There are there girls on the line and one person at the register. We're good. The first girl on the line is moving as fast as she can taking orders and getting them started. No problem there. I ordered a steak quesadilla with pinto beans and jalapenos and a bowl of queso. Good execution. Still no problems.The second girl is moving kinda slow, but she's getting it done. Still no problem. my quesadilla hasn't reach the grill yet though. I'm being patient. No complaints yet. Finally we make it to the grill about 10 minutes later. I let the couple behind me go ahead because there stuff is ready. waiting on my food. Food is ready, third girl takes it off the grill and just let's it sit there. She puts more chips in the fryer , bags some chips, flips the meat on the grill, but my food is just sitting on the line. After what seemed like 10 minutes because i let more people go ahead of me, I said hey can we get my food ready to go. She looks at me and says "I'm getting it ready." What happened to sorry for the wait sir . or sure thing. Something. I digress. she puts my quesadilla in a plate and throws chips on top. I say I don't need the chips bc I have a bag with my queso. she ignores me. I ask for sour cream she gives me a small cup. I ask for salsa she points to the salsa bar. The menu clearly states served with sour cream and salsa. Uh, never coming hear again. or maybe it said guacamole. I can't remember. either way not...
Read moreHaven't been here in about 6 months because the service was horrible and the food was just mediocre. Decided to try it again because I know things change. Unto my surprise nothing had changed. The gentleman had an attitude because I was upset that they were out of beans and he told me it would be an hour or more before they're ready. Now I don't pretend to know how Moe's works but I'm sure with technology they can make black beans a lot faster than an hour. The chips were old and stale well the ones that were even done. Over half my chips we're still soggy and you couldn't even rip them they were coated in so much grease. They were out of almost all the salsa and when I asked for more they were like what you see is what we got. Legitimate acted like he was upset because their scanner was down and he had to type in my information. the icing on the cake was, I was the only one in the store. I mean literally no one else and he took eight mobile orders before doing mine. I mean I get that mobile orders need to be done too but I'm literally standing in front of you and there's three employees here. somebody could have went ahead and made my bowl? When I asked him about it he caught an attitude and told me that it was just that way. I will not be returning to Moe's as I had contacted the store manager and he basically seemed unconcerned and said he would just talk with the gentleman and use it as a coaching moment. Read moreI was just at Moe’s last night for moe Monday. It was crowded as usual i was also getting three burritos so i tried to make it as easy as possible . You can tell some of the coworkers had attitudes with each other by the way they were acting towards each other on the line. I get to the register to pay and i asked the cashier which burrito was in each bag she confidently told me but that wasn’t the case i drop the food off to my friend and left with the other two burritos. My friend calls me to say that wasn’t the right burrito so my friend went back up there because she works in the same plaza and the manager claimed that it was “my fault” , “I was being rude to the staff” and that “ I rushed the cashier to hurry up” now everyone that knows me i am very nice to food service employees because i worked in the food industry and simple mistakes happen but lying about it is not the route to go. I called the manager to try to tell her what happened and before i could tell her what customer i am she immediately started yelling about if i want it redone i would have to come back up there cause it was my fault and not the cashier , etc i live 30 mins away it was already 8:40 so i asked can i just come in the morning she said no and hung up in my face.
