Wendy's — Restaurant in Moscow

I went into this restaurant 2 times tonight. The first time I went in they messed up my BACONATOR...what they are known for. Instead of giving me what was asked for they 1. Gave me a jr.bacon cheeseburger...this is completely different from what I ordered. 2. I ordered chili...I usually LOVE their chili and never one time have had a complaint. This time unfortunately the chili was cold and tasted almost moldy. They also didn't give me the cheese or sour cream that I was charged for. It was a very disappointing experience. I decided after all this to give them another chance and when I went in around 8:20pm the manager was yelling and throwing stuff upset they messed up something. I reordered and to my disappointment they continued to mess up my order completely forgetting the bacon...I'd like to remind you that I paid BOTH TIMES! I did not go back in and expect them to correct their mistake (like I should have) but decided to give them another chance to fix it and they completely messed up my order again and it was sitting on the counter for a couple minutes before they let me take it. Although plenty of workers were buzzing around their stations, the people like us wanting to dine in were completely invisible to the workers. We stood in line for 20 min at least behind another couple. They never were acknowledged to place an order, so they left to go eat somewhere else. We were next to place an order, but we’re also completely ignored. The staff seemed SO BUSY with and confused by the online orders they were trying to fulfill that they had no time whatsoever, to give to us. I’ve never seen anything like it! Once we were finally allowed to place the order, the food finally arrived but was not hot at all. Theres only ONE touch screen soda machine forall to use and it is a joke! Creates a long line of people all trying to get the correct level of “touch” to make it work and then add too many choices of flavors to their beverages. Takes FOREVER! To make matters worse, The machine was out of ice, so now, if you wanted ice in your drink, you had to go stand in another line back at the order desk to get them to fill your cup with ice, if they’d actually pay attention to you. My order of fries were very poor quality. Mostly made up of all the sharp butt ends at the bottom of the bag. Sorry, Won’t be going back to this...

April 4, 2017 at 1pm I entered this location. I was promptly greeted and had my order taken by Denise. She was very friendly and helpful and made sure my special request was communicated to the kitchen. I overheard what looked like the manager helping an elderly woman with lots of questions. She was very polite and helpful and never got impatient with the customer. I was impressed by how clean the restaurant was and how helpful the staff was. A young lady from the kitchen even delivered my food to me because Denise was helping someone else. But as I left Denise thanked me for coming in and invited me back. I don't often encounter employees this helpful and friendly. I have a thick southern accent and more often than not I have to repeat myself multiple times, allthough I enunciate very clearly. I often get my name mangled, too. "Regina" is a difficult name to spell and pronounce, believe it or not. But Denise had no problems with my accent or name. So I have to say this was the best experience I've had at any fast food restaurant in a...
