Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Mount Dora

My partner & I love jeremiah’s! We have a new baby and it’s not always easy to leave the house to pick it up so we placed an Uber order. Unfortunately the wrong order was dropped off at our door so my partner called the store and asked if she could come pick up the correct order, without hesitating the manager said he would happily drop off the ice himself. He even brought us coupons for future orders. We left him a tip and he responded that he’s going to give it to his staff. This is a manager you would want at every store. This little place was great! I loved it! The young lady behind the counter was so informative, on her A game, friendly, knowledgable, fun, happy, really made the place stand out to me. She helped me decided on flavors, encouraged me to add these little bubbles of awesomeness and made it memorable , not like some chain or fast food place. Her heart was in it and she knew her stuff. They are lucky to have such a committed employee - sorry, she just stood out to me but back to the Italian ice- very good! Glad i took the gamble and stopped....

I was told this would be an amazing experience. Soft serve and gelato what a combination. I must say I did enjoy it. I did a combination of two of the favorites strawberry shortcake and brownie batter. It was delicious. You can choose a classic or build your own. Surprisingly it was good it really worked well together. It was refreshing yet rich.
