McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Dora

Absolutely worst McDonalds I have ever been to. This isnt the first issue we have had here either. Normally we used to come here during the lunch hours. They fail to fill up your fry box. You order a large and they would literally fill it up halfway. I had complained to them multiple times all to no avail. This morning though 12/24/19 was the topping on the cake that prompted me to call the customer service line and request a call back from a district manager. I ordered a Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. I normally get it at another McDonalds, but the other one I normally go to for breakfast is down by my work and not anywhere near my home. They gave me the snack size fruit and yogurt parfait, but charged me for a normal one. Normal size at all the other McDonalds I have been too is like twice the size of the snack size. Snack size is actually smaller than the kids drinks cup. Anyways, when I went to complain about it, the store manager Julia, was actually nice. She tried explaining peacefully and calmly. However there was a line supervisor named Brian who had to come by and put his opinions in. This is where I had a problem. The whole time I was complaining, he was standing there laughing at me and being sarcastic. He would make comments like, "Oh you've been to every other McDonalds in the nation?" And "If you don't like it, then go buy your food from another McDonalds." When I had enough of it from him I told him he wasn't a manager and to walk away before things got serious. He said he was a manager. I responded, "no according to your uniform, you're a line supervisor. Not a manager, so go cook something and let the adults talk." I don't know what it is about this area, but Eustis seems to be horrible for Customer Service in Fast Food unless you go to Wendy's or Taco Bell. Even the Burger King here is horrible. Use your money wisely and go get a better meal at Wendy's. Your wallet and stress levels will thank you...

This was one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. They told me I couldn’t order at the counter rather had to use the kiosk and then pay at the counter not sure why. There was a full lobby of people waiting and nothing was coming out. There were two managers at the pass waiting for food not one jumped into action to help the sinking kitchen rather she told me she’s not allowed to go back there and help she’s running the pass…. After about 15 mins I kindly asked would it be much longer and she rudely turned to me and said you’ve only been waiting 5 mins I said no I’ve been here 15 mins and told her my time on my receipt to which I was ignored. She came back about 5 mins later and said they were short one person in the kitchen yet they were standing there just waiting for food took 0 action. The girl at the counter looked at me and said she got yelled at for going back there and was told to restock the front sauces? We both rolled our eyes and finally my 2 cheeseburgers were done more then 20 mins later for a sub par experience and cold unmelted cheese on a patty. Sad. Very sad. LAZY STAFF AND COLD HAPPY MEAL! Very disappointing and concerning. (I rated it One star because it would NOT let me rate it ZERO) Stopped by to get our 7 yr old son a Chicken Nuggets Happy Meal. After taking more than 10 minutes to get through the line (at 9:17pm) - the girl at the window where we pick up the food told my husband they were out of apple juice up front and if we really wanted the apple juice she would have to go to the back and get one. My husband said we would like to get the apple juice. She reluctantly went back and within a couple of minutes brought up a case of apple juice and gave one to my husband. We were a bit dumbfounded that she made such a big deal to bring this up. After we got our order we gave the meal to our son and headed towards home. A little ways down the road he said that his chicken nuggets were cold. My husband and I grew VERY concerned - so we asked him to let me check his meal.
