I'm incredibly impressed with the staff's professionalism, accommodating nature, and friendly demeanor leading up to our wedding. They made every interaction a breeze, always ready to assist with a smile and a positive attitude. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail truly put us at ease.

Haley, their catering manager, was absolutely incredible! She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, always going above and beyond to address our needs and answer our questions. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and fun journey. With Haley at the helm, we felt confident every step of the way, knowing we were in such capable hands!

Our wedding menu featured delicious bruschetta and meatballs in marinara as appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a Caesar salad and a variety of pizzas. We offered classic cheese and pepperoni, as well as unique options like pepperoni with pineapple and goat cheese, The Soprano, BBQ chicken, and a sausage and peppers pizza. Our guests absolutely loved all the selections! It was clear that each dish was crafted with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection!

We absolutely loved our experience with Shadrachs from the very beginning! The initial contact was warm and welcoming, and the tasting solidified our decision to choose them with ease. The communication throughout the planning process was seamless, and on the day of the wedding, they truly delivered! Our unique dinner options blew our guests away, and even seven months later, they're still raving about it. Many guests have asked for Shadrachs' information to use for their future events, which speaks volumes about the incredible impression they left on everyone! Well this is a hard one. I so so so wanted to love this place. I pick a pizza place for every town I go to and after my two-day work meeting ended, I made haste to Shadrach's to pick up a delicious pie, I was super excited! Here's the run down: TBH this is really 2.5 stars but I'm doing a solid with rounding to a 3 based on potential. The concept is great and I love the story of food truck to brick and mortar but pizza comes down to dough and sauce. Quality cheese (assuming not homemade moz) and toppings are easy to source and expected if I am to pay attention to so I focus on the sauce and dough. Something is off in the dough composition or turn down the heat! There is a wonderfully delicious char that can occur with a very hot coal or wood fire oven; this unfortunately is not the case at Shadrachs. The dough went way past a tasty rustic char to a full burnt bottom that was bitter and unpleasant. Additionally, the toppings were sparse. I always order 1 1/2 times sauce because for some reason most Florida pizza shops do not understand how to properly sauce a pizza and this establishment was no exception; if there was extra sauce I could not find it. This review is honestly way longer than necessary and if you read all of this you must love pizza as much as me. Overall all, I wanted to love it but I didn't. Pizza is really good. Service is definitely lacking. I'm super hungover today and not drinking. All I wanted was ice water and some pizza. Bartender seemed annoyed we weren't drinking today. Oh well! Got lukewarm glass of water with no ice. Then charge me for the water and give me some ice, it's super hot/humid this weekend. Took forever to get them to put in our order. Pizza comes out. I ordered the Bronco. Menu says bacon and shallots. Mine came out with just shallots. So they got their own pizza wrong. So glad we paid for that upgrade. At that point we are over it and boxed it up and left. Their pizza is actually amazing. Too bad their service and vibe sucks so bad. I wish I could of gotten the pizza the way the menu stated as well. Underwhelming experience. I would probably just order pizza to go next time and not try to dine in.
