I don’t know what this person’s name was because he wasn’t wearing a name tag, he was white, looks a little old, bald, and had an accent. He takes my order at the drive-through, I go to the window, a lady asked for my card and she gives it to him, after the lady hands my card back, the man said that it didn’t charge my card, but I get notifications from Chase Bank on my phone when I get charged and the payment did go through after he asked for my card again, I told him that I did get charged, he told me that no it didn’t, so I showed him the proof message my the payment and he said “No no I don’t know any of that I don’t know any of that” THEN GO ON ABOUT EXPLAINING THE WHOLE PROCESS STEP BY STEP on how I’m supposed to be looking it up like I don’t know my bank. That was unnecessary. He asked for my card again and said if it does charge me again, I can come back. He charged it again, and I did get charged twice! I had to wait for him to come back to the window and show him my bank statements for proof, and then tells me “didn’t you order 2 Biggie Bigs?” NO! I ordered one! You were the one that took my order! Then he goes on to say “oh I thought I said 2” which I clearly didn’t. He then gets he keys for the register and hands me my money in cash, which by the way I paid by card. I’d also like to add that seeing the way he interacts with his fellow staff members, you can tell they absolutely do not respect him and I had to watch all that. This was horrible customer service. So much trouble just for...
Read moreWhen will Wendy's update? New style and new look but their chip reader doesnt take my cards, they cant type the numbers in manually, it wont let a chip card slide and they dont have samsung pay. I literally cant pay. Every time I go with my friend, they get her burger wrong, which isnt easy since she literally wants nothing on it but the patty. The last time we visited they got it wrong 5 times. In a row. They were just handing us the same sandwich back. She has allergies. Another day I was in the drive through with a different friend. I ordered a 4 for $4. My friend asked what that was. As I was explaining the server says in the snarkiest voice,"Now you know you get sauce and need to tell me which." I composed myself, rolled my window up, and left. Since I obviously have many stories about this location, you can see that I have tried to give chances. Many of them. I would go to the Wendy's on the bridge but I caught them pouring the "fountain drinks" out of 2 liter bottles instead of the fountain. It was stale since they had to open it so frequently. I dont mind mistakes, and the employees cant control payment methods but they can control their attitudes and they can correct...
Read moreIt's probably been a year or two since I had been to Wendy's so I figured I'd get a different fast food experience and boy did I ever. For starters the place looks grungy inside. I ordered a few bacon double stacks, some fries and a soda. I don't know how much easier it can get than that! So first thing I'm told is the soda machine has no carbonation as it sprung a leak so now the only drink choices are iced tea, lemonade or vitamin water. I just want soda ugh. I get my food after a decent enough wait and the fries are cold and have been sitting around. I complain and they make me new fries which were still only meh. Oredered 3 burgers and one was missing cheese, all had barely cooked bacon, and none were even warm as the cheese wasn't even thinking of melting. Basically to summarize, it was pretty bad and anywhere else would be ave been a better choice. Too say I won't be back at Wendy's for at least another year or two would be an understatement. Complete...
