Big fan of Dutch Bros. My wife’s birthday is today so we ordered on the app to use her free drink coupon. Ordered myself a coffee as well, my daughter a smoothie. Told the person I had a mobile with the name and she said “I got that in for you and if it’s ready I’ll bring it out.” I waited 25 min in line to get to the window to be told they didn’t have my mobile order. I said that the order taker told me you had it and the person at the window said she did not have the order. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I pulled off and parked to make sure we placed it at the right location. We did; the location cancelled our order and my wife’s free drink is gone. I get this is a new location but this was ridiculous. I would’ve been fine with the order taker telling me they didn’t have it, but she did and then I waited 25 min for nothing. Will not be back to Dutch Bros...
Read moreI’ve never waited 30 minutes for a singular cup of coffee until just now in the drive thru. You would think that using the mobile app would help speed up the process, but upon arriving to the window(after 20-30 minutes of waiting) somehow my order has been lost/given to the wrong person even after I verified my order with a worker running the drive thru prior. I’ve never seen a drive thru ran so poorly, maybe tips should be taken from other business models to increase overall efficiency. Read moreI love Dutch Bros, but this location has some kinks to work out. It took a half hour to get one coffee, and that’s with a mobile order drive thru pickup. If you switch to window pickup, you can’t get your car out because the drive thru line is so backed up. I don’t think I can come back for awhile until this location gets their process improved. This is true for weekday mornings...
