I usually don't write reviews, positive or negative, but others need to know about my horrific experience with this location. I placed an order using the app and went to the store when the Papa Track feature said it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the two little girls running the place told me not only was the order not ready but that it wasn't even "in their system." Then they rudely told me to drive to the Lebanon location 20 minutes away saying "maybe they have it". At this point I held up my phone to show them the order and tracking information and asked them to confirm the pickup location was where I was, which they did.
I told them I either wanted a refund or my order. To that they snidely responded - "are you going to wait 30 minutes for us to make it?". I told them I was not willing to wait and to just give me a refund. After that they told me I needed to LEAVE THE STORE! Unbelievable! I told them I wasn't leaving until I got my refund and then they went in the back and called someone. They may have been calling their manager or the police, but either way, it wasn't worth further altercation, so I left.
This morning I checked the app again and it says I picked up the order! Clearly the order was "in their system" if they were able to mark it as picked up. Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged and I don't know when or if I'll ever get a refund. I've called customer service twice and they told me only the local store can issue the refund and that they'll file a formal complaint on my behalf.
As a side note, when I was in the store I noticed that nobody was working. There were no orders on the 'ready to go' rack, no one was making anything, nobody had any flour on their clothes like you usually see. They were just standing there talking. It was pretty clear to me that they didn't want to work. Who knows how many other people placed orders here that weren't actually made and just marked...

Juliet at noon to order three pizzas and since we didn't need them till one, wassure they would have plenty of time to deliver.. it is now 2:00 ...No pizza been on hold three times and finally I called back and cancelled the call...i would not have posted this if I had not also spoke to manager.. her explanation was.. well someone should have told you that we are running 2 hours behind when you called at noon, no one told me at 1:13 when someone said it just left, no one told me at 1 :48 when they said it had left .. so now at another pizza place placing and picking up order as 6 people have been at house since 1 waiting for lunch. Read moreFamily just ordered pizza. Wanted to give more stars but was not satisfied. Reason: ordered spicy pepperoni rolls. Supposed to have 8 of them but got 6. Asked for Buffalo sauce. Gave me 2 spicy garlic sauce (ick) and stuffed half of all 6 rolls with jalapeños. Not sure if they are supposed to have this many jalapeños stuffed in them for all 6 rolls. So not happy with advertising 8 but get 6. Then frustrated that they tried to supplement the buffalo sauce with 2 spicy garlic and lots of jalapeños. There's a reason I didn't want spicy garlic. Don't like the taste. That is why I gave them 2 stars this time. :(
