I had purchased a groupon a while back which expired. the groupon clearly stated that the "GROUPON EXPIRES BUT NOT THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES" meaning the amount that I paid for the groupon wouldn't expire and i could have used it for the original service purchased. it was supposed to be a couples massage so I told him if we can use the amount to a service for just me he said no. ok thats fine i will bring someone with me so we can do the couples massage. He said he couldnt find my groupon in the system since it was a while back but to bring a printed out one and the difference will be $53 (since we would have to pay for the value of the massage) I said thats fine gave me a appointnment. When I got there REFUSED to provide me with service and was very rude about it. I was embarrased since I had to ask a friend to come with me so we wont loose our money. I had to call groupon and they refunded me with groupon money. Im just upset he made me go through the explanation, printed out the groupon got up and drove up there? knowing about the situation. and then proceeded to tell me if I want to still do it $140 thats with a $10 discount?? Well…I should have known better from the previous reviews. One of the worst massages ever. Overpriced and under delivered.

I made an appointment to confirm a 60min foot massage with a strong male. The receptionist confirmed that he is good and strong.

Arrived on time saw that 60min foot massage was $70 + tip (that they suggest $20). I travel all over the country and never see above $40. But oh well. Should have left then…

I proceeded anyway and settled in the room. I told the female a bit more about what I was looking for (only legs, no body, strong BETWEEN my toe bones). She agreed any told the guy.

I asked him if he had gloves to use…nope. Kept the door open too. Should have left.

During the massage, the guy started strong and then he just switched to light rubbing because he thought I was asleep. I felt his phone vibrating on the padded table.He kept stopping with one hand to read texts. Should have left…

He only picked up the strength again when we were about 5mins from finishing (I guess because thought I was asleep the whole time).

About 2-3 months ago I went with my wife for couples massage. They were really great with the massage specially since they are Chinese, which means they know what to do and how to do it. I don't know why people complain about their communication because I understood them perfectly. Also those people using Groupon, whining and bit..ching and being a royal pain in the ass are cheap. I wanted to use my groupon but I called them first to see what the actual package included and they explained exactly what the groupon thing said so there was no misunderstanding. Since I didn't like what the groupon had to offer I opted for something else, because like I stated before even without the groupon discount they are very affordable and not expensive at all. So next time you want or decide to use the groupon discount, CALL THEM and don't be so cheap. My experience was amazing with them so ill be going back...
