Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

The staff is friendly, and the location is very clean, and I always feel safe pulling up for late night taco cravings. The only complaint is the price hike. But that is not location specific. The prices, like everything else in this economy, have gone from reasonable to ridiculous. For such inexpensive and very basic ingredients, the only explanation is that the employee wage increase is carrying over to the customers. This is so frustrating! Again, this is not location specific, and I understand this review is about this location. However, my reason for mentioning this price change is to help my fellow consumers out in this crazy economy. GET THE APP! ALWAYS ORDER IN THE APP! YOU WILL SAVE SO MUCH ON COMBO DEALS, FAMILY DEALS, AND MORE! You can still enjoy Taco Bell at a much more affordable and reasonable price. If it wasn't for the prices in the app, I would no longer eat here....

We went through the drive through on 8-24-2023 around 5.10pm and has the rudest encounter with an employee. Once we start ordering I had only said one thing out of multiple things I was about to order and after everything I said, she rudely kept responding with “anything else” in a crude tone. Then when we pull up to the window to receive our food. She is rudely glaring at us, while passing us our food saying nothing. She said nothing the whole time and even when I would say thank you she’d just shut the drive thru window in my face. Very rude, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. Terrible...

I don't ever feel the desire to post a review for anywhere. But this taco bell is a daily stop for my working close by, and I have never felt more valuable as a returning customer. These folks bust their butts to feed our city and I have always have an amazing experience each time I have been, which is quite a bit with my schedule. This staff deserves a raise for the volume of customers they get in a day and managing them all with outstanding customer service. Thank yall for being the outstanding staff you all are. I look forward to each visit, not just for the food but the amazing team...
