Target Grocery — Local services in Mount Juliet

I'm trying to be fair. My wife shops here a lot. She uses the mobile app to place our order and pick it up. I must admit when it works, it's fantastic. Last few months on at least 3 occasions we pick up our order and when we get home something is missing or they gave us someone else's items and it is a hassle repeatedly trying to get someone to fix the problem.

This last order, 28 dollars worth of items were missing from our bags. My wife went in the store. First associate seemed confused about how to help resolve the issue. Second young man, I believe his name was Jalen, was very helpful, and my wife was refunded for the items that were apparently given to another customer. We will definitely be checking our bags before we drive home...

Only had 3 handicapped mart carts one dead battery I wanted to do some shopping but if I can't get to it I can't buy it so I struggled to get in the store no mart carts so I struggled back to my vehicle and went to Walmart they had mart carts so I got some things but I really wanted to go to target but it was mid day mid week not the weekend but 3 is not enough for that...

Target lost their dam mind. They sell a 4 pack of plain black goodfellow t shirts for 20$. I go and buy 2 because they dont have my size in the pack Of 4. Still cost me 20$. Make that make sense pls target....
