if I could give zero stars I would. It's unfortunate when a good restaurant loses the ability to produce their menu items of good quality, but entirely another story when you order 3 inedible items and the manager tells you he will give you a credit, but only issues half and tries to explain how the burnt or improperly prepared items are supposed to be served that way. Lo Mein with a puddle of flavorless sauce the consistency of water, pad Thai with eggs burnt so black the whole dish tastes like carbon, or crab rangoons that have been so thoroughly over friend the filling has ruptured so badly the only thing left is around the edges of the rupture. I have been eating all three of these dishes for 30+ years. I am almost positive this is not what I am looking for in any of them. According to the manager maybe owner, of Asian Flavor that is how they are prepared. I went in today to give them another chance, because I was told I would have a credit for the whole meal the night it happened. I was still not happy I had to run out and get another dinner for my family, but thought the manger handled well by giving me a refund credit. Well, today I found out the credit was only half and received an attitude when I questioned the half credit. I walked out. They can keep credit and will not see any of my business in the future. I recommended you all do the same. There are plenty of great locations out the to get those items made well and without the unprofessional...
Read moreHorrible food. Do not order from here. I almost gave them 2 stars because they got my order correct and the delivery was quick but I decided the food was just too bad. I got the egg drop soup, Kung pao chicken and had to order a second spring roll to get to the $15 minimum for delivery. The egg drop soup was an yellow-orange liquid with hardly any egg in it and lots of spring onions. Very watered down. The kung pao was chicken, bamboo shoots and peanuts in a sweet sauce with red pepper flakes, no other vegetables at all and I’m used to get a lot of different vegetables with mine. The “spring rolls” were basically fried filo-dough with a few sprigs of cabbage in the middle. Worst of all, a little into my meal I started getting horrible stomach cramps and was sick for the rest of the night from their food. I barely ate any of it and through the majority away. Do not eat food...
Read moreHave been going here for over three years and had been fully satisfied until lately. Apparently they've changed ownership and/or management and it's been downhill ever since. Our last two orders have been messed up in some way. Today they didn't put our rice in and we had to drive all the way back up there. There were inedible parts in both the dishes, the sesame chicken is obviously lower quality than it used to be. It's now more on par with the super cheap Chinese restaurants but cost 3x as much. Had to spit out half the chicken. They charged us to substitute lomein for rice (which I understand and don't mind) but then barely gave us any. And by that I mean their smallest to go container only filled halfway. No customer service, no apologies, no attempt to keep our business. I'm embarrassed I've recommended this place and will not...
