I had the pleasure of visiting Cachita's Kitchen last Thursday, and it was an absolute game-changer! From the moment we approached the truck, the smell was intoxicating--spices, smoky meats, and fresh ingredients. The menu had a fantastic variety of tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas, and everything sounded mouthwatering.
My husband decided to go with the carne asada burrito, and let me tell you, they didn't t disappoint him...He said that the asada was perfectly seasoned and the meat was tender and juicy.
I ordered the veggie burrito with fries. Both were absolutely tasty, fresh and not greasy at all.
We will definitely be back for more next time we stay in Mount Pleasant. If you're craving authentic Mexican street food, Cachita's Kitchen is an absolute must-try! Highly recommend! My only regret was not taking any pictures! We couldn't wait a second longer to taste our delicious food!

Found this place by mistake! Was trying to get food from Gordita Locas, but they canceled on their service last Sunday and didn't update it on their FB or on SFF. My family and I traveled from Summerville to Mt Pleasant to get their food. So once we realized we were getting Gordita Locas, I searched for tacos nearby off long point rd and came across Cachitas Kitchen, which was only 5mins down the road from where we were at. We ordered our food I spent 100$+ dollars in food, but it was 5 people, and my oldest went back for seconds! I didn't take any pics of our food, but everyone ate all of their food! We have been going for a couple of years. Very consistent although I always get the exact same thing and it’s marvelous. Cachiburrito is delish and they always leave off the cheese for me and grill the outside of the burrito so the tortilla is browned perfectly. We are huge fans.
