Last week my family and I stopped by to this McDonalds to have breakfast inside at 6am, and it was still closed! All the lights were still off; only drive through was open. According to the hours of operation they are supposed to been open since 5am. We got out of our vehicles and waited at the door to wave at the staff member that stand out to appear as the manager; wearing diff colored shirt and she acted as if she didnt see anyone. An Employee got dropped off shortly after within a minute from us waving at her and NOT being acknowledged.The same staff member only came to the door and unlcoked it for the employee that had gotten dropped off ALSO ignored us by the way,and locked it back up behind her. We stood outside in the cold and in total disbelief! We waved at her AGAIN and through the window we tried to sign with our hands what time will it be opened because she did not even bother to even come close to the door and explain to us face to face why was it still closed at 6am. She instead signed back with her hands very rudely for us to take the drive-thru!! It was 4 of us, and instead of us doing that we got back into our vehicles and called the other location on the other side of town close to the Hospital and the other Manager answered, and we asked him what time is the lobby open at both locations and he said same time 5am. We explain to him how were we got treated and showed zero customer courtesy or customer service! He apologized dearly and he was very polite to us and said to go over to his location and he would call them and find out what was going on. This was our experience at this location, disappointing I wish I could rate ZERO stars! The manager or so called manager at this place and all the employees at this location did not seem to be fazed about their own rude behavior as if it was perfectly normal...
Read moreI had ordered a SEC biscuit and a medium frappe from this McDonalds and ordered thru the mobile app. From the time that I got to the loud speaker to the time that I got to the window I waited for over 30 min. When I got to the first window I was told that the frappe machine was down and that I would have to talk to a manager to get a refund. While I was waiting to get to the second window I decided to call the customer service number on the receipt and got no answer. When I got to the second window I asked to speak to a manager and told her my situation. I told her I did not want a substitution, I just wanted a refund for the frappe. I was told by management that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to call the number on the recipient. When I told her that I had already done this she brushed me off and told me to call them the next day, but there was nothing she could do for me. I asked if a could at least get my SEC biscuit and be on my way. The food was cold and old. I am extremely disappointing with McDonalds as a brand. I learned today that McDonalds both in the restaurants and in the call center leave A LOT to be desired. My question to McDonalds is, Why have the mobile app option available if you don't give refund access to the managers at the store? Do you not trust your own employees? Instead as a customer I have to go on a scavenger hunt on my phone to get refund. McDonalds...
Read moreWorst place ever. Will not be back. Came in for an early lunch before my next stop. They have the kiosk which I hate. Went to the counter. LOTS of crew people, totally ignored me. Went out of their way to ignore me. I finally asked do you not even acknowledge people at the counter? Was told no, use the kiosk. I ordered on the stupid kiosk. The number says "please place on your table and we'll bring your food to you". Nope. Called my number, I go up and my drink is missing. I asked where I get my drink. The woman was 2' away and turned her back on me! 2 other women in drive through not 3' away ignored me. I finally stepped through the gap and asked several times, where do I get my drink? Finally one of them handed me a small glass, I ordered a large and apparently this one doesn't have $1 any size. She acted like it was an effort to hand me the right size glass. I was here at 11 am, the lobby was empty, dt was not busy. I saw 2 different customers enter and go to the counter and get waited on. I saw others ignored and walk out, some after like me were told they had to use the kiosk. I saw customers get their orders carried out to them. Others like me had to pick them up.
