Great American Cookies — Local services in Mount Pleasant

Extremely slow. The employees didn’t seem to care to take their time to make milkshakes and ice cream. Took their sweet time. We had one family ahead of us and it took them 20 minutes to make their order. Took 5 minutes for them to make one order of ice cream. We ended up leaving without ordering because they honestly didn’t care. I will not come back here. I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of care because it was an amazing place two months ago. This location could benefit from having enclosed cases to protect their cookies from flies and gnats. The employees aren't welcoming customers like other locations do.
