Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I've raised the review to a 3. The owner and manager of the business contacted me, both with what I felt was a sincere apology. The folks working that day are obviously not a reflection of the ownership nor management. Sometimes you just end up with less than quality service by no fault of the leadership which in this case was true. Thanks to both and we'll be back to give your business a chance at redemption.

The receiving of a one star is based on the lack of service not the quality of pizza

Pizza Hut pizza is one of our favorite fast food pizza. It's always quality cooked and the sauce is superb.

However... The service at this particular location obviously places take out service a priority above walk in customers. All be it we walked in on super bowl Sunday. That is still no excuse for the ignoring of the walk in customer. There was actually a person right up front and ignored us by not even making eye contact. I would have understood and maybe even stayed to wait had I received an acknowledgment and apology for the wait and "someone will be right with you.

Approaching 10 minutes I spoke up "are we going to be served anytime soon", ignorance. I expressed disappointment and we walked out. It was about 3 minutes later before the person behind us also walked out.

To sum it up do not enter and expect service immediately nor within a 10 minute period. Order from home and ask for delivery which is definitely...

The food is pizza hut quality. I wasn't disappointed I got what I was expecting.

So first off I removed half a star for speed. I walked in to pick up my order and had to wait for someone to come to the counter. This is after three people (including the manager/supervisor) saw me and made no attempt to approach the counter. Now I would remove a full star for this but one of the employees was new and obviously being instructed on what they need to do. The reason why i removed anything for this is because the other employee just walked away after seeing me and went into another part of the back room.

I removed the other half due to location. Kind of a pain to get to and the parking lot feels crowded even with half the spaces open. Not the stores fault entirely but still.

And the last star was removed on principal. Pizza hut needs to step up the quality of their product.

The manager/supervisor was nice and polite as was as quick... After she got to the counter.

Nothing wrong with my order either. So far i see the biggest issue is that delivery from them is terrible. I recommend if they dont have gps's get the drivers to use google maps free to use one it...

Me and my family get a pizza from Pizza Hut almost all the time, but recently, it hasn't been the best experience. Normally we order it to our house and that part is perfectly fine, although I do have some issues. First of all, the pizza I've been getting recently have been really oily. We still eat it but thats more oil than we'd prefer on it. 2nd, the 'Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie' is normally me and my families favorite desert to get from the app but the last time I ordered from Pizza Hut, it was undercooked. You could clearly see that it needed to be cooked longer. Also for the price of the fries being so high, not a lot of fries even come with the pack. Its a very small amount for a big box/container. I'd prefer more fries for the expensive price I'm paying for. I believe you will be able to fix these issues me and my family have been having while...
