El Mercadito Del Mundo-Mexican Taqueria — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I love the " burrito del mundo "that is a signature food trully unique burrito i love how the hot beans melted queso combines with the bundance of meat and tortilla having a mountain of veggies verying from lettuce tomatoe cheese and cream and grean salsa give it that little touch that matters in taste 🤔 this is trully a burrito to come from miles away to try 😄....well atleast thats how it used to be ... now just smaller normal burritos less meat nd to much beans and rice how have the great fallen😏 (pictures are of the ones from a year ago)

Just visited the brand new Jardin Cafe inside El Mercadito Del Mundo, and it was delicious! I’ve been watching the remodeling progress of this space and was so excited to try out your drinks, and they are excellent! The cold foam is especially nice, I got the Latte Con Choco Chispas and it’s lovely. I used to be a barista and I so appreciated how skilled your barista was, she was speedy and kind and clearly knew what she was doing. It's pretty ok mexican food. Menu I guess isn't correct. Was looking forward to my meal but apparently instead of the choices listed on the menu all I could get was chicken in my enchiladas. Chicken when your wanting carnitas is dissapointing. The tamal was good but kinda small and not much meat. The chicken bland and meh. The hot sauce also surprisingly bland. The rice was great and the beans pretty good. So I'll have to try it again maybe to give another review. All in...
